Venha fazer parte de nossa equipe atuando como Coordenador de Campo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, organizar e acompanhar as atividades realizadas em campo.Coordenar e orientar a equipe, garantindo o cumprimento das metas e dos prazos estabelecidos.Assegurar que os procedimentos operacionais e normas de segurança sejam seguidos.Monitorar a qualidade dos serviços executados, propondo melhorias quando necessário.Controlar recursos, materiais e equipamentos utilizados nas operações.Elaborar relatórios de desempenho e apresentar resultados à gestão.Atuar na resolução de problemas e na tomada de decisões durante as atividades de campo.Manter comunicação eficiente entre a equipe de campo e os setores administrativos.Distribuir tarefas e acompanhar a execução das atividades.Realizar treinamentos e orientar novos colaboradores.Fiscalizar o cumprimento das políticas internas da empresa.Gerenciar escalas de trabalho e frequência da equipe.Avaliar o desempenho dos colaboradores e fornecer feedbacks.Garantir a satisfação do cliente por meio da qualidade dos serviços prestados.Identificar oportunidades de otimização dos processos e redução de custos.Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e pelo uso adequado dos recursos disponíveis.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em agronomia Experiência prévia em coordenação ou supervisão de equipes de campo.Vivência em planejamento, execução e acompanhamento de atividades operacionais.Experiência na elaboração de relatórios e controle de indicadores.Liderança e capacidade de motivar equipes.Comunicação clara e assertiva.Organização e gestão do tempo.Proatividade e resolução de problemas.Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e cumprir prazos.Facilidade para tomada de decisões.Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria B válida.Comprometimento, ética profissional e foco em resultados.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde (Coparticipação);Seguro de vida (Coparticipação);Contrato CLT;Cesta natalidade.
