Buscamos um(a) profissional para liderar a área de Contas a Pagar de uma empresa de grande porte, garantindo uma operação eficiente, segura e alinhada às melhores práticas de governança, contribuindo diretamente para a saúde financeira da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar o processamento e a programação de pagamentos de fornecedores, tributos, folha de pagamento, contratos e demais obrigações financeiras;Assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos, políticas internas e procedimentos da empresa;Supervisionar conciliações de pagamentos e a integração das informações com a Contabilidade;Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe de Contas a Pagar, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e de alta performance;Definir, acompanhar e analisar indicadores da área, garantindo o atingimento das metas estabelecidas;Implementar ações de desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua para o time;Garantir a conformidade com políticas financeiras, controles internos e normas de compliance;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, assegurando a integridade dos processos;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, automação e padronização dos processos, atuando em iniciativas envolvendo ERP, digitalização e otimização operacional;Atuar como ponto focal no relacionamento com fornecedores estratégicos e áreas internas, apoiando negociações relacionadas a prazos e condições de pagamento.Atuar na identificação e mitigação de riscos operacionais e financeiros relacionados aos processos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou especialização em Finanças, Controladoria ou Gestão de Processos será um diferencial.Experiência sólida em Contas a Pagar e rotinas financeiras;Vivência anterior em liderança ou coordenação de equipes;Experiência com sistemas ERP (preferencialmente Protheus/TOTVS, SAP, Oracle ou similares);Conhecimento em auditorias, controles internos e compliance financeiro;Excel avançado.
