Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar os processos e atividades de controladoria, assegurando a execução adequada das rotinas econômico-financeiras, contábeis, orçamentárias e de controles internos, garantindo a qualidade e confiabilidade das informações disponibilizadas à gestão.Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe de controladoria, distribuindo atividades, acompanhando resultados, definindo prioridades e promovendo o desenvolvimento técnico dos profissionais, de forma a garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e objetivos da área.Coordenar o planejamento econômico-financeiro e o processo orçamentário, consolidando informações das áreas e unidades da companhia, analisando premissas, acompanhando realizado versus orçado e identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades para suporte à tomada de decisão.Elaborar e coordenar análises de desempenho econômico-financeiro, acompanhando indicadores, resultados, custos, receitas, margens e demais informações relevantes do negócio, propondo ações corretivas e oportunidades de melhoria à liderança.Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio e demais áreas corporativas, promovendo a integração das informações e fornecendo análises e recomendações que contribuam para o planejamento estratégico, eficiência operacional e alcance dos resultados da companhia.Coordenar a elaboração e análise de demonstrações, balanços, balancetes e relatórios gerenciais, garantindo consistência das informações e atendimento aos prazos estabelecidos, bem como a adequada interface com a contabilidade e demais áreas envolvidas.Monitorar e aprimorar os controles internos e processos da controladoria, identificando riscos, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria, propondo soluções e acompanhando a implementação de ações para aumento da eficiência, segurança e confiabilidade dos processos.Assegurar o cumprimento das normas, políticas, procedimentos e diretrizes de governança da companhia, incluindo os requisitos relacionados à segurança, sustentabilidade, saúde e meio ambiente, em conformidade com a Política de Gestão Integrada, Código de Conduta, Valores e Princípios da empresa.
