Suporta a tomada de decisão com relatórios e estudos, promove a integração entre áreas e fortalece controles internos, liderando a equipe com foco em governança e melhoria contínua.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Coordenar as atividades de controladoria, assegurando a adequada consolidação das informações econômicas, financeiras e operacionais da concessionária.• Apoiar o processo de fechamento gerencial, orçamento, forecast e acompanhamento de resultados, garantindo consistência, tempestividade e confiabilidade das informações.• Monitorar o desempenho econômico-financeiro da companhia por meio de indicadores, análises gerenciais e acompanhamento de desvios em relação ao orçamento e ao planejamento.• Coordenar a elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, apresentações executivas e materiais de suporte à diretoria, acionistas, financiadores e demais stakeholders internos.• Atuar no acompanhamento e controle de custos, despesas, investimentos e contratos, apoiando a eficiência na alocação de recursos e a disciplina orçamentária.• Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de contabilidade, financeiro, suprimentos, engenharia, operação e demais áreas da empresa para assegurar alinhamento das informações e aderência aos processos internos.• Apoiar a implementação e o aprimoramento de controles internos, rotinas, políticas e procedimentos, contribuindo para maior governança e rastreabilidade das informações.• Acompanhar obrigações e reportes relacionados a financiamentos, covenants, contratos e compromissos corporativos, quando aplicável.• Coordenar análises de viabilidade, rentabilidade, acompanhamento de CAPEX e demais estudos de suporte à tomada de decisão.• Liderar a equipe da área, distribuindo atividades, acompanhando entregas e promovendo desenvolvimento técnico e melhoria contínua.Requisitos e qualificações• Formação superior completa em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.• Experiência em controladoria, planejamento financeiro, orçamento, reporting gerencial ou controle de desempenho, preferencialmente em infraestrutura, saneamento, utilities, concessões ou empresas de capital intensivo.• Vivência com processos de fechamento gerencial, orçamento, forecast, análise de desvios e acompanhamento de indicadores econômico-financeiros.• Conhecimento em controle orçamentário, análise de custos, despesas, investimentos e suporte à tomada de decisão.• Capacidade de consolidar informações de diferentes áreas e traduzi-las em análises gerenciais claras e objetivas.• Experiência com elaboração de relatórios executivos, apresentações gerenciais e interação com liderança.• Perfil analítico, organizado, com forte senso de controle, priorização e visão de negócio.• Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.• Desejável familiaridade com sistemas integrados de gestão, ferramentas de BI e rotinas de controle corporativo.• Desejável experiência em concessionárias, projetos de infraestrutura ou ambientes regulados.• Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Petrolina/PE.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS:👨‍⚕️ Assistência médica;🦷 Assistência odontológica;👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Seguro de vida;🚌 Vale transporte;🛒 Vale refeição e/ou vale alimentação;💰 Participação nos Resultados (PLR);
