Essa posição terá papel estratégico na definição de padrões, governança e direcionamento técnico, garantindo escalabilidade, segurança, eficiência operacional e gestão do conhecimento em um ambiente de alta complexidade e inovação.

Principais responsabilidades:

Liderar e coordenar especialistas e arquitetos seniores de Dados & IA, promovendo alinhamento técnico e estratégico; Garantir decisões técnicas colegiadas, reduzindo dependências individuais e fortalecendo a continuidade do conhecimento; Definir e manter padrões de arquitetura, governança e boas práticas para plataformas de dados e inteligência artificial; Atuar na evolução da plataforma corporativa de Dados & IA, assegurando escalabilidade, observabilidade, segurança e eficiência financeira; Promover a integração entre times de Arquitetura, Plataforma, Engenharia de Dados, IA e Value Streams; Estruturar processos de documentação, compartilhamento de conhecimento e gestão de decisões arquiteturais; Apoiar iniciativas de inovação envolvendo IA Generativa, Machine Learning e plataformas corporativas de dados.
