Se você se identifica com nossos princípios, essa oportunidade pode ser sua.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar como Coordenador de Desenvolvimento de Mina em Água Azul do Norte - PA.Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Realizar a gestão de toda a equipe de desenvolvimento, incluindo as áreas de perfuração horizontal, carregamento e transporte de estéril/minério, assim como as áreas relativas a afiação de Bits e afins.·        Conhecimento técnico-operacional dos processos de desenvolvimento, tais como: carregamento e transporte de estéril/minério, perfuração horizontal, suporte geotécnico das escavações, desmonte de rocha e gestão de equipes.·        Desenvolver métodos de processos eficientes, melhoria contínua e realizar a evolução das equipes de desenvolvimento.·        Responsável pela programação de atividades diárias de desenvolvimento e pelas práticas operacionais de sua equipe, tanto em produtividade como em segurança.·        O profissional deve ser uma das pontes de comunicação com as outras áreas da empresa, tais como geologia, planejamento de mina, lavra e manutenção de equipamentos.·        Deverá fornecer relatórios diários, semanais e mensais com os KPIs de produção de sua área e estabelecer medidas de controle para resolução dos problemas encontrados.·        Fazer cumprir de forma efetiva os procedimentos de saúde e segurança, meio ambiente, reuniões de equipe, cumprimentos às normas da empresa em geral;·        Gestão de KPIs e uso de metodologias de gestão e melhoria contínua: PDCA, Lean Six Sigma, entre outros.Garantir o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental das equipes, mediante a aplicação do plano de treinamento (interno/externo).Requisitos e qualificações·        Requisitos Mínimos: Graduação em engenharia de minas ou engenharia de produção;·        Desejável Curso de Pós-Graduação em Gestão de Projetos e Pessoas;·        Requisitos Obrigatórios: ·        Conhecimento e experiência em operação de mina subterrânea superior a 8 anos.·        Domínio Avançado no Pacote Office (Microsoft), em especial, Excel;·        Desejável inglês avançado;Informações adicionaisResidir ou ter disponibilidade para residir em Canaã dos Carajás -PA
