Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponder pelo P&L do canal e-commerce 3P da Kelco (receita, margem e custos por canal);Negociar e gerir o contrato e a governança do operador fullcommerce;Definir a estratégia digital de sortimento, pricing, kits e curadoria de retail media;Aprovar decisões críticas de novos canais, portfólio digital e política de preço;Conduzir o relacionamento e as agendas comerciais com marketplaces;Gerir o investimento em mídia e retail media do canal digital;Garantir a integração da operação digital com Fiscal, Financeiro, Logística e Suprimentos;Apresentar resultados, riscos e plano de crescimento digital à diretoria;Gestão do time direto de e-commerce;Supervisão da rotina de gerenciamento da agência de creators e afiliados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em gestão de e-commerce e marketplaces;Gestão de DRE, margem e custo por canal;Negociação e gestão de parceiros / operadores;Pricing e política comercial digital;Gestão de pessoas e liderança de time;Excel avançado e Power BI;Retail media (ads Mercado Livre / Amazon / Shopee);Ensino superior completo;Live commerce, afiliados e Tik Tok shop;Disponibilidade para atuar em Indaiatuba/SP.

Excelente se tiver:Experiência em bens de consumo;Vivência em D2C (Vtex / Shopify);Conhecimento fiscal de marketplace (remessa / retorno);Gestão de fulfillment (Full / fba).
