Quer fazer parte de um time que impulsiona o progresso por meio da energia?Na Light, buscamos um Coordenador(a) de Estratégia e Planejamento REN que será responsável por planejar e coordenar estratégias de combate às perdas de energia, garantindo o direcionamento eficiente dos recursos, a maximização dos resultados operacionais e o suporte à tomada de decisão por meio de análises e indicadores de desempenho.Traga a sua energia para a Light!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeus principais desafios serão:Coordenar o planejamento estratégico das ações de recuperação de energia e redução de perdas na área de concessão. Desenvolver e acompanhar planos de ação, definindo prioridades, volumes de atuação e direcionamento das equipes de campo. Monitorar diariamente os resultados operacionais, analisando indicadores e promovendo ajustes de rota sempre que necessário. Atuar de forma próxima às equipes executoras, acompanhando em campo a implementação das estratégias planejadas. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na seleção de clientes, na eficiência operacional e na performance das ações de combate às perdas. Analisar o balanço energético da distribuição, acompanhando a evolução das perdas técnicas e não técnicas. Desenvolver estudos, análises e recomendações para apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança. Estruturar dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas para acompanhamento dos resultados. Promover a integração com áreas parceiras, como Jurídico, Cadastro, Mercado e demais áreas de negócio, garantindo alinhamento e execução das estratégias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos necessários:Ensino superior completo.Experiência em planejamento estratégico, gestão de indicadores e acompanhamento de resultados.Vivência na gestão de projetos, definição de estratégias e direcionamento operacional.Conhecimento em análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.Perfil analítico, dinâmico e orientado a resultados.Capacidade de atuar em ambientes com tomada de decisão contínua e necessidade de ajustes rápidos de estratégia.Habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e comunicação para interação com diferentes áreas da companhia.Disponibilidade para atuação em campo e acompanhamento da execução das ações planejadas.Será um diferencial ter:Experiência no setor elétrico, preferencialmente em processos relacionados à recuperação de energia e redução de perdas.Conhecimento em Power BI para construção e acompanhamento de dashboards.Conhecimento em SAP.Vivência com planejamento operacional e gestão de equipes de campo.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão da informação e apoio à decisão.Informações adicionaisO que temos para você:Vale-alimentação;Vale-refeição;Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados;Previdência privada;Seguro de vida;Auxílio farmácia;Wellhub;Convênios com empresas parceiras;Programa de treinamentos e desenvolvimento contínuo.Informações extras:Local de Trabalho: AV MAL FLORIANO 168Acreditamos que a diversidade fortalece nosso time.
