Responsabilidades e atribuições• Interface entre clientes e fornecedores, controlando investimento x retorno das ações.• Planejamento e desenvolvimento dos mais variados portes de eventos, agregando qualidade no atendimento ao cliente e valorizando negociações.• Pesquisa, negociação e contratação de serviços terceirizados para o evento.• Operação dos principais eventos e clientes da empresa (Hospedagem, Translado, Rooming List, A&B e Fechamento Financeiro)• Financeiro: controle de documentos, controle de caixa, emissão de pedidos de pagamento e relatórios.• Orientação de equipes.• Elaboração de propostas comercias e técnicas.• Planejamento e acompanhamento de resultados.• Habilidade no tratamento com clientes e parceiros, interagindo e negociando o fechamento de contratos.• Identificação rápida e precisa das necessidades dos clientes, elaboração de projetos e propostas.• Conhecer ao máximo os produtos do mercado de turismo, agregando qualidade no atendimento ao cliente e valorizando negociações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Turismo, Hotelaria, Relações Públicas ou Marketing: Esses cursos fornecem uma base sólida em gestão de eventos, logística e operações.Cursos de especialização ou MBA (desejável): Especializações em Gestão de Eventos, Turismo Internacional, ou um MBA podem agregar muito valor e abrir portas para posições mais altas.Experiência anterior: Pelo menos 3-5 anos de experiência em coordenação de eventos e viagens internacionais é altamente desejável.Ferramentas: Conhecimento avançado em pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e habilidade em aprender novas ferramentas de software;Habilidades linguísticas: Boa habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita. Além de inglês fluente, conhecimento de outros idiomas pode ser um diferencial importante.Conhecimento cultural: Familiaridade com diferentes culturas e práticas de negócios internacionais para garantir que eventos sejam apropriados e bem-sucedidos.Planejamento de viagens: Habilidades avançadas em logística de viagens internacionais, incluindo reservas de voos, acomodações e transporte local.Gestão de fornecedores globais: Experiência em negociar e gerenciar fornecedores e contratos em vários países.Gestão de crises: Capacidade de gerenciar e resolver crises que possam ocorrer durante eventos internacionais, incluindo questões de segurança e saúde.Tecnologia de eventos: Conhecimento de plataformas de gestão de eventos e tecnologia relevante para comunicação e organização de equipes remotas.
