Principais responsabilidades:

Estruturar a área de Excelência Operacional, definindo metodologia, governança, indicadores, rotina de acompanhamento e roadmap de implantação

Mapear os principais processos produtivos, identificando gargalos, perdas, restrições de capacidade e oportunidades de melhoria.

Liderar projetos de Lean Manufacturing e melhoria contínua, utilizando ferramentas como Kaizen, 5S, VSM, PDCA, A3, DMAIC, SMED, gestão visual e trabalho padronizado.

Identificar e quantificar oportunidades de redução de custos e aumento de produtividade, estabelecendo baseline, metas, ganhos financeiros e mecanismos de sustentação dos resultados.

Estruturar pipeline e portfólio de projetos de melhoria, priorizando iniciativas de acordo com impacto financeiro, capacidade, qualidade, segurança e nível de esforço.

Desenvolver análises de fluxo produtivo, movimentação de materiais, WIP, estoques intermediários e lead time, buscando maior fluidez entre pesagem, fabricação, embalagem e armazenagem.

Garantir que projetos de produtividade e otimização sejam conduzidos sem comprometer BPF, qualidade, segurança, integridade de dados e requisitos regulatórios.

Estruturar rotinas de gestão diária com indicadores, metas, desvios, planos de ação e escalonamento dos principais problemas.

Desenvolver dashboards e indicadores gerenciais para acompanhamento da performance industrial e suporte à tomada de decisão da liderança.

Desenvolver programa de Kaizen e geração de ideias, estimulando a participação dos colaboradores do chão de fábrica.

Atuar na formação da cultura de Excelência Operacional e capacitação de líderes e equipes.

Desenvolver multiplicadores internos de Lean/Melhoria Contínua nas diferentes áreas da operação.
