Buscamos dois Coordenadores de Execução de Obras, sendo uma posição para atuar em Sapezal/MT e outra para atuar em Sinop/MT, que irão coordenar a execução física de obras civis nas unidades, assegurando aderência aos projetos aprovados, prazos, custos, qualidade e segurança.Os profissionais serão responsáveis por gerir canteiros, equipes, empreiteiros, materiais, medições e registros de campo, garantindo a entrega técnica das obras e o alinhamento com as áreas responsáveis por projetos e regularizações, seguindo as normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela Scheffer.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos você deve ter: Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia Civil, com registro profissional ativo no conselho de classe Desejável: pós-graduação ou formação complementar em Gestão de Obras, Execução de Obras, Gerenciamento de Projetos ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento em Gestão de canteiro de obras, leitura e interpretação de projetos para execução, controle de cronograma físico de obra, gestão de custos/orçamento da área, inspeção, qualidade, critério de aceitação e controle de retrabalho, gestão de empreiteiros, terceiros e equipes de campo, gestão de materiais, equipamentos e logística de obra, registros de campo, relatórios, documentação e entrega técnica;
