Estamos em busca de um Coordenador de FP&A para integrar o nosso time financeiro.Neste papel, você será o braço direito da Gerência e Diretoria de FP&A na tomada de decisões estratégicas, consolidando resultados de diversas unidades hoteleiras e transformando planilhas em insights que impulsionam a rentabilidade e a eficiência operacional da nossa rede.Coordenar o ciclo de planejamento financeiro, orçamento e forecast da empresa, traduzindo dados financeiros em análises e recomendações que sustentem as decisões da diretoria e das áreas de negócio. O(a) Coordenador(a) de FP&A é o elo entre a controladoria/contabilidade e a gestão executiva, garantindo previsibilidade, disciplina orçamentária e visibilidade sobre a performance financeira da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar o processo de orçamento anual (budget) e os ciclos de forecast (rolling forecast), em conjunto com as áreas de negócio e os hotéis.Elaborar e apresentar análises de variação (budget vs. actual), identificando causas-raiz de desvios e propondo planos de ação.Desenvolver e manter modelos financeiros para projeção de receita, custos, margem e fluxo de caixa.Produzir relatórios gerenciais e dashboards de performance (KPIs financeiros e operacionais) para diretoria e board.Dar suporte a decisões estratégicas: viabilidade de projetos, business cases, avaliação de investimentos (Capex) e cenários de M&A quando aplicável.Atuar como parceiro de negócio (business partner) para as áreas de planejamento comercial, marketplace e loyalty, traduzindo dados em recomendações práticas.Liderar, orientar e desenvolver analistas de FP&A (CSC), revisando a qualidade das entregas antes de subir para a diretoria.Aprimorar continuamente processos, ferramentas e a governança de dados financeiros (automação, BI, integração de sistemas).Garantir aderência a prazos de fechamento mensal e calendário orçamentário da companhia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças é um diferencial.Entre 4 e 7 anos de experiência em FP&A, controladoria ou consultoria financeira, incluindo vivência prévia em posições de menor senioridade dentro da própria função. Experiência liderando ou orientando analistas é desejável.Excel avançado (modelagem financeira, tabelas dinâmicas, funções complexas);Google Sheets.Ferramentas de BI (Power BI ou similar).Conhecimento de SQL é um diferencial relevante.Vivência com sistemas ERP (Oracle e/ou TOTVS)Domínio de orçamento, forecast, análise de variância, DRE, fluxo de caixa e indicadores financeiros.Inglês básico/intermediárioInformações adicionaisConvênio MédicoConvênio OdontológicoSeguro de VidaVale TransporteVale Alimentação ou Vale RefeiçãoRemuneração Variável (RV) por metas
