Empresa está contratando Coordenador de Frota.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Coordenador de Frota, você focará em:Coordenar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área de Frota;Garantir a disponibilidade operacional da frota, acompanhando utilização, manutenções e movimentações dos veículos;Planejar e acompanhar manutenções preventivas e corretivas, assegurando qualidade, prazo e controle de custos;Controlar documentação da frota, incluindo licenciamento, seguros, multas, rastreadores, abastecimentos e demais regularizações obrigatórias;Monitorar indicadores da área, analisando desempenho operacional, custos, consumo de combustível, disponibilidade da frota e produtividade;Desenvolver planos de ação para redução de custos e aumento da eficiência operacional;Acompanhar contratos relacionados à frota, incluindo locação de veículos, manutenção, rastreamento, abastecimento e fornecedores;Negociar com fornecedores buscando melhores condições comerciais, prazos e qualidade dos serviços prestados;Validar solicitações de compras e serviços relacionados à frota, garantindo conformidade orçamentária e operacional;Acompanhar e controlar orçamento da área, realizando análises de desvios e propondo melhorias;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas relacionadas ao uso da frota e condução de veículos;Atuar no controle e acompanhamento de sinistros, avarias e multas, realizando tratativas junto aos envolvidos e fornecedores;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas sobre os resultados e indicadores da área;Promover melhorias nos processos da área, visando padronização, controle e ganho de eficiência;Participar de reuniões gerenciais e estratégicas apresentando resultados, riscos e oportunidades da área;Apoiar as áreas internas em demandas relacionadas à utilização da frota;Garantir conformidade com normas de segurança, legislação de trânsito e procedimentos internos;Estruturar e acompanhar planos de renovação e padronização da frota;Executar demais atividades correlatas ao cargo, conforme necessidade da área e direcionamento do gestor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter:Nível superior concluído em Administração, Logística, Engenharia, Gestão de Frotas ou áreas correlatas;Domínio em Gestão de Frota;Gestão de Indicadores e Custos;Gestão de Manutenção Preventiva e Corretiva;Conhecimento em documentação e legislação veicular;Excel intermediário/avançado.Informações adicionaisModelo de contratação: PJ
