Coordenar o trabalho da equipe responsável pela execução dos serviços de Gerenciamento da Infraestrutura de TIC e de todos os demais serviços contratados, avaliando a situação dos indicadores de desempenho e se as metas estão sendo cumpridas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisão da equipe de TI para garantir o cumprimento das metas e indicadores de desempenho.Acompanhamento e garantia de que os níveis de serviço acordados estejam sendo cumpridos.Alocação de recursos com base na demanda, perfil da equipe e disponibilidade de infraestrutura.Orientação da equipe em situações críticas e interação com usuários quando necessário.Participação em reuniões com o cliente para avaliação dos serviços e indicadores de desempenho.Planejamento, monitoramento e controle de indicadores de qualidade e desempenho.Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais sobre indicadores de serviço e satisfação do usuário.Gerenciamento de desempenho e capacitação da equipe técnica.Aprimoramento dos procedimentos operacionais de TI.Sugestões para modernização da infraestrutura de TI.Contribuição na construção e manutenção de base de conhecimento.Participação em planos e projetos de mudanças na infraestrutura.Coordenação de implantação e atualização de produtos e serviços.Manutenção de uma base de dados de gerenciamento de configuração.Relacionamento com fornecedores externos de suporte.Controle de prazos de atendimento de chamados de suporte técnico.Sugestões de novas tecnologias para modernização.Consolidação de necessidades de infraestrutura.Supervisão de implantação, substituição e atualização de soluções.Apoio no dimensionamento da capacidade de hardware e configuração de servidores.Apoio na elaboração e implantação de projetos de redes de informática.Supervisão da implementação de alarmes de monitoramento.Garantia de que a equipe não execute atividades operacionais.Execução de outras atividades definidas pelo cliente.Gerenciamento de processos da biblioteca ITIL.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Nível Superior (graduação) na área de TI, fornecido por instituição de ensino superior reconhecida pelo Ministério da Educação; ou diploma de curso de graduação de nível superior em qualquer área de formação, acompanhado de certificado de conclusão de especialização/mestrado na área de TI de, no mínimo, 360 horas/aula.Qualificação:Certificação ITIL v3 Foundation ou superior; Certificação ISO 20.000 ou curso equivalente.Experiência:Atuação na área de gestão de TI. Experiência como supervisor/coordenador/gerente de equipes de TI. Experiência com gestão de contratos públicos.
