Buscamos um Coordenador de Infraestrutura e suporte de TI estratégico e prático para liderar a sustentação, modernização e segurança dos nossos ambientes tecnológicos. Este profissional será responsável por garantir a alta disponibilidade, performance e resiliência das operações, atuando em forte sinergia com o TI corporativo Brasil e Global, proteger os ativos da empresa e garantir a continuidade dos negócios.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderança de Operações: Coordenar as equipes de infraestrutura (redes, servidores, cloud e telecom) e suporte a usuários, estruturando rotinas de suporte, monitoramento (N2/N3) e gestão de capacidade.Gestão de Redes e Conectividade: Administrar arquiteturas de rede complexas, roteamento, switches e firewalls. Liderar a configuração e integração de equipamentos de TI e comunicação corporativa.Segurança e Resiliência: Trabalhar em colaboração direta com a área de cibersegurança para implementar políticas de proteção, aplicar controles de acesso, prevenir vazamentos de dados e assegurar a defesa contra ameaças avançadas.Governança de Fornecedores: Gerenciar contratos e SLAs de parceiros de tecnologia, ajudando na avaliação de riscos cibernéticos na cadeia de suprimentos de TI.Backup: Arquitetar e sustentar ambientes de backup, garantindo políticas robustas e planos de Disaster Recovery.Inovação Tecnológica: Avaliar e integrar novas soluções do mercado, incluindo ferramentas baseadas em IA para automação e monitoramento de infraestrutura.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Telecomunicações, Sistemas da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada na liderança de times de infraestrutura e gestão de projetos de TI.Conhecimento profundo em administração de redes (VLANs, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi corporativo), sistemas operacionais (Windows Server/Linux) e virtualização.Familiaridade com frameworks de governança, serviços e segurança (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001).Diferencial: Experiência prévia de atuação no setor óleo e gás Offshore e  Inglês avançado.Habilidades Comportamentais (Soft Skills)Visão analítica para troubleshooting de incidentes complexos.Mentalidade de Security by Design, priorizando a segurança da informação em qualquer nova implementação de infraestrutura.Excelente capacidade de comunicação para traduzir requisitos técnicos para áreas de negócios e dialogar de forma eficiente com a diretoria executiva.
