Como será o seu dia a dia: Realizar o atendimento às demandas dos clientes e das áreas internas da empresa, garantindo as demandas de acordo com as orientações da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o atendimento aos clientes no salão de vendas (verificar o estoque, clientes que só querem falar com o gerente, consulta os produtos que acabaram na loja e verificam se tem em outras;  Atender os clientes sempre que necessário, ou for solicitado; Garantir a conferência de mercadorias no recebimento e o destino da mercadoria tanto para a loja como para o armazenamento, monitorando o carregamento e o descarregamento;Garantir a padronização na arrumação dos setores da loja;Garantir a padronização na organização da área de recebimento, depósito e/ou aéreo;Garantir a organização e limpeza das áreas de convívio;Garantir a integração e o treinamento de novos colaboradores;Montar na loja campanha comercial divulgada pela área de marketing/comercial;Garantir tratamento conforme norma da avaria, bem como seu desempenho de venda;Garantir devida promoção aos itens sugeridos pela área comercial;Garantir rotinas de abertura e fechamento de loja;Aplicar diariamente carga nos PDVs e garantir a troca das etiquetas de preço;Garantir limpeza da loja, produtos, equipamentos, caixas, piso de modo em geral;Realizar sangria a cada R$ 700,00 nos PDVs;Encerrar e conferir o fechamento de cada caixa por operador diariamente;Encerrar e conferir o movimento financeiro total do dia;Realizar o processo de troca, conforme orientação da empresa, verificando o estado das mercadorias.Notas fiscais/NRI: Dar entrada nas notas fiscais das mercadorias recebidas na loja, verificando datas de vencimento;Garantir o uso do fardamento e boa apresentação da equipe;Visitar e reportar movimentações pertinentes da concorrência do seu mercado local;Demandas financeiras na ausência do Gerente: Responder as demandas das áreas da Tesouraria e financeiro, garantindo que todos os processos e demandas sejam executadas dentro dos prazos corretos;Pedido e acompanhamento de material de uso e consumo: Acompanhar e solicitar o material de uso e consumo, para que não haja faltas e nem sobras desnecessárias;Garantir a aplicação dos manuais de VM;Aplicação de encartes;Montagem de vitrine;Análise de relatórios de vendas e estoque;Realizar ações para captação de clientes para o Clube Freitas;Acompanhar e gerir a equipe de líderes intermediários (Líder de atendimento, comercial e estoque).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Ensino Superior cursando será um diferencial; Experiência com gestão de times.
