Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e executar os planos de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva, respondendo tecnicamente pelos laudos e ARTGerenciar as oficinas e frentes técnicas — mecânica/diesel, elétrica, lanternagem e capotaria — definindo prioridades e prazos de liberação dos veículosImplementar e padronizar procedimentos operacionais (POPs) na matriz e nas filiaisCriar e acompanhar indicadores e métricas de manutenção (disponibilidade da frota, custo por km, MTBF/MTTR, retrabalho e prazo de liberação)Monitorar o desempenho da equipe e controlar a produtividade por mecânicoControlar custos e estoque de peças, com foco na redução de desperdícios e perdasAuditar ferramentas, equipamentos e almoxarifado, implantando controles de guarda e rastreabilidadeApoiar a estruturação da equipe de Controle de Manutenção (PCM)Conduzir a implementação de mudanças e melhorias, engajando e capacitando a equipeGerenciar contratos com terceiros e acompanhar a mobilização de veículos em obraRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Conhecimento técnico em manutenção dieselExperiência em gestão de manutenção de frotaVivência em gestão de equipes técnicas e controle de custosDomínio em apuração e análise de indicadoresSerá um diferencial:Curso superior em Engenharia MecânicaCNH categoria DConhecimento no sistema GlobusConhecimento em manutenção elétrica, lanternagem e capotariaExperiência na estruturação de PCM e na implantação de procedimentos e indicadoresVivência em gestão de mudanças e programas de redução de perdasInformações adicionaisSalário a combinarVale Alimentação Seguro de Vida em grupoPlano de Saúde Plano OdontológicoParceria com faculdadesAdiantamento Salarial
