Buscamos um profissional para assumir um papel estratégico na área de Marketing, conectando os objetivos do negócio às iniciativas de comunicação, marca e geração de resultados.Essa posição terá atuação próxima às diferentes áreas da empresa, sendo responsável por transformar desafios e oportunidades de negócio em estratégias de marketing consistentes, garantindo qualidade na execução, alinhamento com o posicionamento da marca e evolução contínua das iniciativas da área.Além da visão estratégica, buscamos uma liderança capaz de desenvolver pessoas, organizar prioridades e conduzir projetos com diferentes stakeholders internos e parceiros externos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e coordenar as estratégias e iniciativas de Marketing, alinhadas aos objetivos e prioridades do negócio;Transformar demandas e oportunidades comerciais em planos de comunicação e marketing estruturados;Coordenar campanhas, ações de comunicação, conteúdos, landing pages e demais iniciativas da área;Garantir consistência de marca, linguagem e posicionamento nos diferentes pontos de contato;Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo autonomia, colaboração e evolução profissional;Organizar prioridades, acompanhar cronogramas e garantir qualidade e cumprimento das entregas;Participar de reuniões e projetos estratégicos, contribuindo com visão de Marketing para definição de caminhos e planos de ação;Atuar de forma integrada com áreas como Comercial, Produtos, Atendimento e demais áreas envolvidas nas iniciativas;Coordenar parceiros e fornecedores externos, garantindo alinhamento de briefing, prazos e qualidade das entregas;Acompanhar resultados das iniciativas de Marketing, identificando oportunidades de otimização e melhoria contínua;Apoiar a construção e evolução dos processos, indicadores e rotinas de gestão da área;Identificar tendências, oportunidades e novas iniciativas que contribuam para o fortalecimento da marca e para os resultados do negócio

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em posições de liderança ou coordenação na área de Marketing;Experiência com planejamento e execução de estratégias e campanhas de marketing;Vivência com gestão e desenvolvimento de equipes;Capacidade de transformar objetivos de negócio em planos e iniciativas de marketing;Experiência na gestão de projetos, fornecedores, agências e parceiros externos;Conhecimento de marketing digital, produção de conteúdo, campanhas, landing pages e canais de comunicação;Familiaridade com análise de indicadores e acompanhamento de resultados de Marketing;Boa capacidade de organização, priorização e gestão de múltiplas demandas;Perfil analítico, estratégico e orientado a resultados;Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização.
