A BAUMINAS está em busca de um profissional para coordenar a área de meio ambiente, acompanhar as equipes de Analistas Ambientais das unidades fabris em busca dos melhores resultados, garantindo o nível de comprometimento.Apoiar e fornecer diretrizes às unidades com conhecimento especializado referente aos quesitos ambientais e legislações relacionadas, avaliando processos de licenças nas estancias federais, estaduais e municipais, coordenando prazos e obrigações legais. Acompanhar processos de recuperação e remediação de áreas contaminadas degradadas e implementar ferramentas de qualidade e segurança do meio ambiente, buscando novas tecnologias no mercado.Venha fazer parte do nosso time!

 Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar em todos os órgãos ambientais pertinentes, atendendo a legislações aplicáveis, exigências legais e realizando dentro da data correta o atendimento a todas as condicionantes obrigatórias para manutenção e renovação;Fomentar o Gerente de Meio Ambiente com informações pontuais sobre as demandas ambientais das unidades operacionais sob sua gestão;Respeitar e cumprir com as políticas internas e valores da BAUMINAS, seguindo o Código de Conduta, Compliance e demais procedimentos aplicáveis;Realizar análise crítica em termos de meio ambiente sobre mudanças de processo ou implementação de novos processos e produtos;Orientar e acompanhar a gestão de resíduos da Fábrica;Orientar e acompanhar a implementação e manutenção dos sistemas de gestão de Meio Ambiente, implementando manuais, procedimentos, auditorias internas e externas;Promover reuniões e dar suporte à análise crítica do sistema de gestão pela alta direção;Monitorar o Sistema de Gestão Ambiental da Unidade;Controlar licenças e condicionantes das unidades, garantindo que estejam todas vigentes e sejam renovadas no prazo correto via software;Prestar suporte na qualificação de empresas prestadoras de serviços de qualidade, monitoramento ambiental e disposição de resíduos;Garantir o cumprimento das emissões e renovações de licenças como CETESB, Polícia Federal, Civil e Exército; DAEE, Prefeitura, assim como suas manutenções;Dar suporte e/ou levantar necessidade de treinamentos nas áreas de meio-ambiente;Investigar acidentes e incidentes, não-conformidades ambientais;Atender e cumprir aos critérios e procedimentos do Sistema de Gestão de meio ambiente, usar, conservar e manter em condições de uso os EPI´S designados pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Química, Engenharia Química, Gestão do Meio Ambiente ou afins;Vivência na área;Domínio da legislação ambiental aplicável (prazos, licenças, multas e obrigações);Diferencial: Pós-graduação em áreas correlatas as atividades desenvolvidas; Protheus; Prophix; CRQ Ativo/Inglês; Software de gestão (Ex.: Onegreen);Pacote office.
