Pelas nossas estradas passam muito além de veículos, aqui conectamos pessoas e dinamizamos o transporte de cargas entre alguns dos mais importantes eixos econômicos do País. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo COORDENADOR DE MEIO AMBIENTE, você será responsável por:  Estabelecer, Monitorar e Coordenar a avaliação dos indicadores de performance ambiental da Arteris Fluminense; Contribuir com a elaboração dos indicadores de sustentabilidade; Monitorar os Indicadores Ambientais enviados para a ANTT (IDA); Estabelecer, monitorar e Aprimorar os processos e interações do setor de meio ambiente com os demais setores e Stakeholders (Área de Apoio); Implantar projetos de inovação ambiental que contribuem para performance ambiental e sustentável; Avaliar a sensibilidade ambiental, as alternativas locacionais e o enquadramento do licenciamento ambiental de todas as obras e operação da rodovia; Coordenar o CAPEX e o OPEX de Meio Ambiente em suporte a Gerência de Meio Ambiente; Dar suporte no monitoramento dos controles ambientais do setor e dos reportes para a Sede; Monitorar os status e atender as demandas de todos os processos de licenciamento ambiental nos Sistemas de Peticionamento eletrônico das interações com os órgãos ambientais; Gerir os contratos de OPEX e a necessidade de contratações e aberturas de RCs e renovações de todos os contratos de meio ambiente vinculados a operação ambiental da rodovia; Coordenar os relatórios em atendimento as demandas do IBAMA e da ANTT, atende aos pareceres técnicos e obrigações contratuais, com a qualidade técnicas necessária evitando multas e sanções administrativas; Implantar, certificar e atender ao Sistema de Gestão Integrada conforme definido no PER. Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ importante para nós que você tenha:  Superior completo em Engenharia Florestal, Ambiental, Civil com ênfase em Ambiental, Biologia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência anterior na coordenação ambiental de empreendimentos de infraestrutura ou na consultoria ambiental de infraestrutura; Excel - avançado;Conhecimento em ISO 14001:2015; Conhecimento sobre Licenciamento Ambiental; Redação de relatórios técnicos; Conhecimento em execução de Plano Básico Ambiental (PBA);Atendimento de Condicionantes Ambientais;CNH Categoria B. Será um diferencial se você possuir:  Power BI; Experiência com ferramentas de Georreferenciamento – QGIS; Conhecimento em ferramentas de banco de dados. Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:  Programa de Participação de Resultado (PPR);  Assistência Médica;Plano Odontológico;Telemedicina;Programa Cuidando de Perto;Programa Saúde Emocional; Plataforma de Bem-Estar;Programa Arteris Baby;Programa de D&I: Retificação de nome em documentação oficial para pessoas trans e não binárias;Vale Refeição ou Alimentação;  Vale Farmácia;Vale Transporte;  ArterisPrev (Previdência Complementar); Empréstimo Consignado;Auxílio Creche (mulheres com filhos até completar 6 anos de idade ou homens com a guarda total por decisão judicial);  Seguro de Vida;  Day off (folga) no dia do aniversário;  Licença maternidade de 6 meses e paternidade 20 dias;Horário Flexível (apenas área administrativa);  Home Office 1 dia na semana (apenas área administrativa);  UAD - Universidade Arteris de Desenvolvimento.
