Unidas pelo mesmo propósito de inspirar e surpreender vidas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCapacitar os gerentes e engenheiros de obra nas instruções de trabalho;Acompanhar os processos de gestão das obras;Supervisionar os engenheiros semanalmente nas obras;Analisar restrições das obras;Analisar e criticar os projetos executivos das obras;Validar as folhas de pagamento;Aprovar solicitações de material;Analisar e aprovar contratos;Implantar novas tecnologias de engenharia nas obras;Colaborar com o cumprimento dos procedimentos do Sistema da Qualidade;Acompanhar junto a sala técnica as modificações ocorridas nos projetos de execução da obra;Coordenar as obras (Verificar o andamento, o custo, a qualidade das obras, etc), tomando ações preventivas e corretivas que garantam o cumprimento do planejamento e orçamento da obra;Realizar a avaliação das equipes de obras, promovendo a capacitação e treinamento necessários.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior concluído em Engenharia Civil com Pós-graduação concluída em Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas.experiência em liderança de pessoas e/ou projetos.Necessário CREA ativo.Conhecimento Avançado em Gestão de obra, Indicadores de Desempenho, Planejamento, Orçamento e Controle de ObrasInformações adicionaisCarga horária de trabalho: 44hs semanais, de segunda à sexta.Oferecemos: 🩺Plano de Saúde🦷 Plano odontológico🚌Vale Transporte🍽️Refeição🧺TickeT Alimentação🏋️‍♀️TotalPass💆‍♂️Vittude🎓 Parcerias com instituições de ensino💰Participação nos Lucros
