Como parte do Grupo TRATON, estamos em um momento estratégico de evolução do nosso modelo de negócios, consolidando-nos como um integrador de soluções logísticas sustentáveis.SOBRE A POSIÇÃO:Estamos em busca de um Coordenador de Operações para coordenar as operações de turno da vertical de Novos Negócios On Road, garantindo eficiência operacional, cumprimento de SLAs contratuais, segurança, qualidade e liderança direta da equipe de campo, com o objetivo de assegurar entrega consistente aos clientes e aderência à estratégia da vertical.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as operações de transporte, distribuição e abastecimento de linhas de produção, garantindo cumprimento de prazos e níveis de serviço;Assegurar o fluxo contínuo de materiais para produção, evitando paradas e rupturas;Atuar em sinergia com o PCP (Planejamento e Controle da Produção) para alinhamento de programação, sequenciamento e demandas;Gerir o planejamento logístico (roteirização, programação de cargas, controle de janelas e lead times);Monitorar e analisar indicadores de performance (OTIF, nível de serviço, acuracidade de estoque, produtividade);Liderar equipes operacionais, promovendo engajamento, desenvolvimento e disciplina operacional;Implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos logísticos e de abastecimento (Lean, Kaizen);Garantir controle de estoques e aderência às políticas de abastecimento (Kanban, JIT, milk run);Atuar na otimização de custos logísticos e aumento de eficiência operacional;Assegurar conformidade com normas de segurança, qualidade e procedimentos internos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em operações logísticas com foco em transporte e abastecimento de produção;Conhecimento sólido em PCP (MRP, programação da produção, sequenciamento);Experiência com gestão de indicadores operacionais e melhoria contínua;Vivência em liderança de equipes;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle ou similares) será diferencial;DIFERENCIAIS:Experiência em ambiente industrial (automotivo, manufatura, bens de consumo);Conhecimento em metodologias Lean / Six Sigma;Vivência com operações just-in-time e logística interna.COMPETÊNCIAS COMPORTAMENTAIS: Organização e visão sistêmica;Capacidade de tomada de decisão sob pressão;Comunicação eficaz e habilidade de negociação;Foco em resultado e melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOSVale Alimentação (Ticket)Vale Refeição (Ticket)Plano de Saúde e OdontológicoSeguro de VidaWellhubMODELO DE TRABALHORegime de contratação: CLTCarga horária: 40 horas semanais - 100% presencial;Local:Jacareí, SPO que você está esperando para se juntar a nós?Se o seu perfil corresponde aos nossos valores e objetivos, deixe seu currículo conosco e não perca a chance de fazer parte da equipe LOTS!Essa vaga está disponível para a inscrição de pessoas com deficiência ou reabilitados do INSS.
