No Brasil desde 1982, atende os maiores clientes do foodservice nacional, dentre eles McD, Bob’s, Subway, Giraffas, KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, etc. Além do Brasil, estamos presentes em outros 17 países espalhados pelo globo.Saiba mais em www.martinbrower.com.brResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades e desafios?Coordenar e desenvolver a equipe através de feedback estruturado e plano de desenvolvimento individual;Manter a comunicação e sinergia entre as áreas da organização, tais como armazém, transportes, suporte operacional, equipe de terceiros de armazém e transportes, entre outros;Participar de trabalhos e projetos da área: integrar, atualizar e propor novas soluções relacionadas às áreas de operações;Manter follow-up atualizado de todos os trabalhos sob sua responsabilidade, atendendo sempre os prazos estipulados;Elaborar plantões e operações especiais de trabalho;Participar de atualização do layout do armazém;Garantir a qualidade no nível de serviço dos clientes (qualidade e KPIS);Auxiliar à gerencia na elaboração do budget;Coordenar o planejamento e organização documental do setor para atender auditorias e realizar as ações;Coordenar e acompanhar a performance dos parceiros terceirizados que atuam em conjunto na execução das atividades operacionais de armazém e transportes (KPI’s);Coordenar as atividades operacionais do armazém, garantindo cumprimento de metas de produtividade, qualidade, segurança e custo;Analisar indicadores operacionais (KPIs) e propor planos de ação baseados em dados;Estruturar e acompanhar rotinas de melhoria contínua (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, 5S);Conduzir análises de performance e identificar oportunidades de otimização de processos logísticos;Garantir acuracidade de inventário e controle de estoques;Planejar e coordenar atividades de recebimento, armazenagem, separação e expedição;Apoiar a definição de estratégias de layout, fluxos e balanceamento de recursos;Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e boas práticas operacionais;Colaborar com áreas de planejamento, transporte e atendimento ao cliente, garantindo sinergia entre os processos logísticos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter/conhecer/demonstrar?Ensino Superior Completo - Administração de Empresas, Engenharia, Logística e afins;Pacote Office avançado;Conhecimento em ferramenta de dados como Power BI;Conhecimento em sistema ERP (WMS);Conhecimento em metodologias de melhoria contínua (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA);Disponibilidade de horário para atuação em regime de turnos;Ter atuado com gestão de pessoas;Vivência com indicadores de eficiência (safety, produtividade, acuracidade de estoque, custo);Desejável conhecimento em cadeia de frio;Inglês intermediário à avançado será considerado um diferencial;Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência médica Bradesco;Assistência odontológica Odontoprev;Seguro de vida;Refeição no local;Vale alimentação;Vale transporte;Day Off no mês de aniversário;Gympass;PLR;Entre outros...As pessoas são o valor mais importante da MB e são elas que levam a nossa empresa cada vez mais longe!
