Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador de PCP que será o profissional responsável por todo Planejamento e Controle de Produção da empresa, desempenhando função estratégica a partir da atuação no gerenciamento e otimização dos processos e integração entre departamentos, de forma a assegurar uma maior eficiência operacionalResponsabilidades e atribuições

Coordenar diariamente a equipe de PCP, com base em metas definidas, atribuição de responsabilidades e acompanhamento do fluxo de trabalho, visando garantir a coesão da equipe e maior eficiência operacional com relação à produção;

Planejar e programar a cadeia produtiva diariamente, com base na capacidade produtiva de cada setor, visando a otimização da produção;

Planejar a cadeia de suprimentos diariamente, com base em Ordens de Serviços, visando garantir a disponibilidade de insumos e matéria-prima no momento necessário, conforme planejado, evitando interrupções da produção;

Desenvolver diariamente planos estratégicos de produção, com base nas metas da empresa, para contribuir com a maximização dos recursos e alcance dos objetivos organizacionais;

Desenvolver cronogramas de produção detalhada, sempre que necessário, com base nas Ordens de Serviço e prazos alinhados com clientes, visando otimizar a sequência de atividades, garantir a utilização eficiente de recursos e cumprir os prazos;

Controlar os prazos estabelecidos diariamente, com base na programação alinhada com o cliente, visando assegurar o cumprimento e, em caso de qualquer desvio, comunicar e tomar as medidas corretivas;

Colaborar diariamente com outros departamentos, como Produção, Compras e Logística, com base no planejamento desenvolvido, visando integrar processos e alcançar objetivos comuns;

Introduzir sistemas avançados de PCP, sempre que houver necessidade, através de softwares, para melhorar a eficiência e precisão de produção, assim como melhorar a qualidade do planejamento;

Avaliar diariamente o desempenho da produção, através de acompanhamento presencial e sistema eletrônico, visando identificar oportunidades de melhoria que contribuam com a adaptação estratégica e o aprimoramento contínuo dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada na função, preferencialmente em indústrias de caldeiraria e montagem.Conhecimento em técnicas de planejamento e controle de produção.Experiência em liderança de equipe;Habilidade para trabalhar com sistemas ERP.Conhecimento em ferramentas de qualidade e melhoria contínua.Capacidade de análise crítica e resolução de problemas.Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Conhecimento em Excel avançado.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS:Refeição na Empresa Vl.
