Estamos buscando um profissional que será responsável por estruturar, padronizar e liderar os processos de planejamento e controle de frota, unindo tecnologia, gestão estratégica, e excelência operacional. Atuará na implantação do ERP KMM e conduzirá todas as frentes ligadas à manutenção, consumo, documentação, sinistros, supply chain e indicadores de performance, com foco na eficiência e redução de custos. Responsabilidades e atribuições Estabelecer e garantir a execução dos planos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, com controle em tempo real.• Gerenciar o abastecimento da frota e o consumo de diesel, realizando controle por veículo, unidade e motorista.• Gerenciar todas as atividades relacionadas a pneu (orçamentos, estoque, inspeções, controle de recapagem, durabilidade, histórico de manutenção e quilometragem).• Monitorar e otimizar o Custo por Quilômetro (CPK) e propor ações de redução com base em dados e benchmarking.• Liderar a implantação e controle dos principais indicadores estratégicos de manutenção, disponibilidade, produtividade, paradas e consumo.• Supervisionar a gestão de multas, com responsabilização de condutores e ações educativas.• Ser responsável pela gestão de sinistros e seguros, garantindo abertura, acompanhamento, análise de causa e encerramento.• Controlar toda a documentação da frota: licenciamento, CRLV-e, RNTRC, laudos, vencimentos e conformidades legais.• Integrar a cadeia de suprimentos (Supply Chain) à gestão de frota, atuando diretamente na gestão de compras técnicas, controle de orçamento, relacionamento com fornecedores e controle de estoque de peças, insumos e materiais.• Implantar o ERP KMM em todos os módulos ligados à frota: ordens de serviço, planos de manutenção, abastecimento, compras, estoques, aprovações orçamentárias e gestão de CPK.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em PCM de frota pesada e gestão de manutenção.Sólidos conhecimentos em compras técnicas, controle de estoque e Supply Chain.Vivência em implantação de ERP e construção de KPIs.Forte capacidade de análise, visão estratégica, liderança e foco em melhoria contínua.Formação Acadêmica ensino superior em Engenharia ou ExatasInformações adicionaisAssistência médicaAssistência odontológicaAuxílio-combustívelCesta básicaEstacionamento gratuitoParticipação nos lucrosSeguro de vida
