Cadastre seu currículo agora mesmo, e venha fazer parte desse time de sucesso! ✈️Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar os ciclos de planejamento financeiro da companhia, incluindo orçamento anual, forecasts periódicos e plano de longo prazo;Consolidar e validar informações financeiras das áreas de negócio, garantindo consistência, qualidade e aderência às premissas corporativas;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, indicadores de desempenho e apresentações executivas para suporte à tomada de decisão da liderança e diretoria;Analisar desvios entre realizado, orçamento e forecast, identificando riscos, oportunidades e propondo ações corretivas;Desenvolver modelos financeiros, projeções e análises de cenários para apoiar decisões estratégicas e operacionais;Elaborar e avaliar Business Plans para novos negócios, investimentos e projetos estratégicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Economia ou Ciências Contábeis;Experiência sólida em Planejamento Financeiro e Orçamentário;Conhecimento em Contabilidade Gerencial, Controladoria e Gestão de Custos;Vivência na elaboração de análises financeiras, projeções e indicadores de desempenho;Excel Avançado, com modelagem financeira e construção de relatórios gerenciais;Power BI Avançado, para análise de dados, automatização de indicadores e desenvolvimento de dashboards;Experiência na consolidação e análise de informações financeiras para suporte à tomada de decisão.Informações adicionaisNa TAM, você vai poder contar com:Salário Fixo;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Vale Refeição e Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;Previdência Privada;Day-off;PPR;Convênio SESC.Modelo de trabalho Híbrido de Segunda a sexta - horário comercial.Local de trabalho: Bairro Morumbi, Zona Sul, São Paulo/SP.
