Coordenador(a) de Planejamento OperacionalBuscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de Planejamento Operacional para liderar o time responsável pelo dimensionamento de headcount operacional e pela gestão nacional de estoques de insumos operacionais.Essa posição terá papel estratégico na tradução do forecast comercial em planos táticos de capacidade (HC Planning) e abastecimento em nível Brasil, garantindo eficiência, equilíbrio de custos e continuidade operacional.O(a) profissional atuará de forma integrada com áreas como Operações, Logística, Comercial, Financeiro e Suprimentos, sendo peça-chave na tomada de decisão e no planejamento integrado da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Liderar o planejamento de capacidade operacional, incluindo dimensionamento de headcount e recursos.Traduzir o forecast comercial em planos táticos de operação e abastecimento.Gerir o planejamento e controle nacional de estoques de insumos operacionais.Acompanhar indicadores de performance, identificando desvios e oportunidades de otimização.Desenvolver análises de cenários, simulações e planos de contingência.Atuar de forma integrada com áreas parceiras, garantindo alinhamento entre demanda, capacidade e execução.Liderar, desenvolver e engajar o time de planejamento operacional.Contribuir para projetos de melhoria contínua, eficiência operacional e planejamento integrado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Experiência comprovada em planejamento operacional, demand planning, logística ou áreas correlatas.Vivência com dimensionamento operacional (Supply Planning / HC Planning).Forte capacidade analítica e domínio de Excel e ferramentas de análise de dados (SQL).Experiência prévia em gestão de equipes.Habilidades sólidas de comunicação, com facilidade para interação entre áreas e níveis hierárquicos.Requisitos Desejáveis:Conhecimento em SQL, Power BI ou outras ferramentas de BI.Pós-graduação em Logística, Supply Chain, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Perfil Esperado:Visão estratégica aliada à capacidade de execução.Orientação a resultados e eficiência operacional.Organização, senso de prioridade e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e de alta complexidadeInformações adicionaisNa Total Express a diversidade é um compromisso com todos os nossos colaboradores, parceiros e clientes com o objetivo de eliminar barreiras, desconstruir estereótipos, promover a igualdade de oportunidades e celebrar a riqueza de nossas diferenças.
