Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de Pré-Atendimento para liderar e estruturar a operação responsável pelo primeiro contato e qualificação dos leads, garantindo agilidade, qualidade no atendimento e maior conversão de oportunidades para o time comercial.Essa posição terá papel estratégico na gestão da equipe, acompanhamento do funil, análise de indicadores e construção de processos que contribuam para uma jornada mais eficiente do cliente desde o primeiro contato.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e desenvolver a equipe de Pré-Atendimento/SDRs;Garantir agilidade e qualidade no primeiro contato com os leads;Gerenciar o processo de qualificação e distribuição das oportunidades para o time comercial;Acompanhar o funil de pré-atendimento, identificando gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria;Monitorar indicadores como tempo de atendimento, taxa de contato, qualificação, agendamentos/visitas, conversão e motivos de perda;Estruturar metas, rotinas de acompanhamento e indicadores de produtividade da equipe;Desenvolver estratégias para recuperação e reativação de leads;Garantir a correta utilização e atualização das informações no CRM;Criar e aprimorar processos, fluxos e cadências de atendimento;Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas Comercial e Marketing, contribuindo para a qualidade dos leads e melhoria das estratégias de conversão;Elaborar análises e reportes gerenciais sobre os resultados da operação;Desenvolver o time por meio de acompanhamento, feedbacks e direcionamentos constantes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com gestão de equipes de Pré-Vendas, Pré-Atendimento, SDR ou operações comerciais;Experiência com gestão de funil e indicadores de performance;Conhecimento e vivência com ferramentas de CRM;Capacidade analítica e orientação para resultados;Experiência na estruturação e melhoria de processos;Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de liderança;Perfil proativo, estratégico e com forte visão de negócio.
