Monitorar o funil de programas de fidelidade/indicação de clientes e otimizar as taxas de conversão de cada etapa.Acompanhar e analisar os principais KPIs da operação (taxa de conversão, tempo de primeira resposta, agendamentos, comparecimento, ticket médio e recuperação de oportunidades).Conduzir reuniões diárias e semanais de performance com as lideranças da operação, garantindo planos de ação eficazes para correção de desvios.Consolidar relatórios executivos e dashboards de performance para apresentação à Diretoria.Realizar auditoria de qualidade em atendimentos via mensagens, chamadas e propostas comerciais.Desenvolver e acompanhar planos de ação estruturados PDCA e ciclos de recuperação de performance para equipes abaixo da meta.Mapear, padronizar, documentar e auditar os processos das áreas de atendimento receptivo, pré-venda por mensagens/telefone e equipes comerciais.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos:Pós-graduação/Especialização em Gestão de Processos, Inteligência de Negócios (BI) ou Gestão Comercial.Formação Superior Completa em Administração de Empresas, Engenharia de Produção, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.Sólida experiência em gestão de processos comerciais, operações de Inside Sales, Telemarketing ou pré-vendas de alto volume.Domínio de ferramentas de CRM (Pipedrive, RD Station, Meetime ou similares) e métricas de funil de vendas.Forte capacidade analítica e familiaridade com análise de dashboards (Excel avançado, Power BI ou similares).Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de processos (BPM, PDCA, 5W2H) e monitoria de qualidade de atendimento.Excelente capacidade de liderança por influência, comunicação e postura orientada a resultados.Diferenciais:Vivência profissional no segmento de Saúde, Estética, Clínicas ou Vendas Consultivas de Alto Ticket.Experiência na gestão/implantação de programas de indicação de clientes (Member Get Member).Inteligência Artificial.
