Responsabilidades e atribuições 🍫Coordenar as atividades de fabricação, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança, qualidade, produtividade e eficiência operacional.🍫Assegurar a conformidade com as normas de Segurança do Trabalho, Segurança dos Alimentos e políticas internas da companhia.🍫Garantir que os produtos semiacabados e acabados atendam aos requisitos de qualidade estabelecidos.🍫

Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo engajamento, capacitação e alta performance.🍫

Gerenciar indicadores operacionais, assegurando o atingimento das metas de produtividade, rendimento e redução de perdas.🍫

Apoiar a implementação e sustentação de programas de excelência operacional, como GMP, HACCP e Gestão da Rotina.🍫

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, propondo ações para otimização de processos e aumento da eficiência.🍫

Apoiar testes industriais e projetos de desenvolvimento de novos produtos em parceria com as áreas envolvidas.🍫

Garantir a conservação e disponibilidade dos equipamentos e instalações industriais.🍫

Atuar na análise e tratamento de desvios, contribuindo para a continuidade e estabilidade dos processos produtivos.

Requisitos e qualificações🍫

Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia de Alimentos, Química ou áreas correlatas.🍫

Experiência em liderança de equipes em ambiente industrial.🍫

Conhecimento em processos produtivos, controle de qualidade e segurança dos alimentos.🍫

Vivência com gestão de indicadores de desempenho e acompanhamento de resultados.🍫

Habilidade para desenvolver equipes, promover engajamento e gerir conflitos.🍫

Capacidade de tomada de decisão, senso de prioridade e atuação em ambiente dinâmico.🍫

Conhecimento em ferramentas de melhoria contínua e excelência operacional.🍫

Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe.⭐Será um diferencial🍫Pós-graduação ou especialização em áreas relacionadas.🍫

Experiência na indústria alimentícia, preferencialmente nos segmentos de chocolates, confeitaria ou alimentos.🍫

Conhecimento em TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma e sistema SAP.🍫

Vivência em projetos de inovação, melhoria contínua e aumento de performance industrial.
