Simples assim, pensamos diferente!Se você se identifica com os desafios e busca incessantemente a excelência e o crescimento contínuo, na Boston metal do Brasil você tem a oportunidade de transformar a sua carreira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a elaboração e atualização dos planos dos projetos de TI.Organizar cronogramas, atividades, responsáveis, prazos e dependências.Acompanhar a execução das ações acordadas com o time e fornecedores.Identificar atrasos, riscos, impedimentos e decisões pendentes.Apoiar os responsáveis na organização dos próximos passos e planos de ação.Organizar e facilitar reuniões de acompanhamento dos projetos.Registrar decisões, ações, responsáveis e datas de conclusão.Consolidar informações para relatórios de status e reuniões executivas.Apoiar a comunicação entre equipes do Brasil, Estados Unidos e demais subsidiárias.Acompanhar fornecedores quanto a prazos, reuniões, entregáveis e pendências.Apoiar atividades de testes, treinamentos, implantação, go-live e estabilização.Manter organizados os documentos e registros dos projetos.Assegurar que as pendências relevantes sejam encaminhadas aos responsáveis corretos.Escalar riscos e bloqueios que não possam ser resolvidos diretamente pelo time.Apoiar a aplicação dos processos e padrões de governança definidos pela liderança de TI.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou área relacionada.Experiência anterior com projetos de tecnologia.Experiência na organização de cronogramas, ações, riscos e responsáveis.Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com áreas técnicas e de negócio.Conhecimento geral de ambientes e soluções de TI.Inglês avançado para comunicação profissional.Organização, autonomia e disciplina para trabalhar remotamente.Disponibilidade para comparecer presencialmente à unidade de Coroas uma vez por mês.Disponibilidade para participar de reuniões com equipes internacionais, respeitando diferenças de fuso horário.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde e odontológico, sem coparticipação.Vale Alimentação no valor de R$800,00 mensais.Previdência Privada.Gratificação de férias.Seguro de Vida.Auxílio Idiomas.Wellhub (antigo gympass).Transporte fretado.Auxílio creche.Empresa cidadã.Refeição local.
