Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO(a) Coordenador(a) de Projetos e Engenharia é responsável por coordenar e supervisionar o desenvolvimento, planejamento e execução de projetos de engenharia para a concessão de rodovias, incluindo obras de infraestrutura, manutenção e melhorias contínuas. Este cargo exige uma forte capacidade de gestão de projetos, garantindo que todas as atividades sejam realizadas dentro dos padrões técnicos, orçamentários e de prazos estabelecidos, assegurando a qualidade e segurança das obras rodoviárias.Principais Responsabilidades:Coordenar e supervisionar a elaboração de projetos de engenharia rodoviária, incluindo estudos preliminares, projetos executivos, e especificações técnicas;Planejar, organizar e controlar as fases de execução das obras rodoviárias, como construção, ampliação, restauração, manutenção e melhorias de infraestrutura (pavimentação, pontes, viadutos, sinalização, drenagem, etc.);Gerenciar os recursos financeiros, humanos e materiais envolvidos nos projetos de engenharia, assegurando a entrega das obras dentro do orçamento e do prazo estabelecido;Supervisionar e orientar as equipes de engenharia e outros profissionais envolvidos nos projetos, garantindo que todas as etapas sejam realizadas conforme as normas técnicas e regulatórias;Elaborar e acompanhar os cronogramas de projetos, realizando ajustes quando necessário para garantir o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas;Realizar a gestão da qualidade, segurança e conformidade ambiental dos projetos, garantindo que todas as obras e atividades atendam às regulamentações locais, federais e ambientais aplicáveis;Interagir com fornecedores, empreiteiras e órgãos públicos, como a ANTT e prefeituras, para garantir o alinhamento de todos os processos e a correta execução das obras;Monitorar e controlar a execução dos contratos de obras, incluindo o gerenciamento de riscos, custos e prazos, para garantir o sucesso dos projetos;Identificar e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos de engenharia e gestão de obras, buscando inovações tecnológicas e práticas que aumentem a eficiência operacional;Elaborar relatórios técnicos e gerenciais sobre o andamento das obras e projetos, apresentando resultados à alta gestão e stakeholders;Realizar a análise e aprovação de documentos técnicos, como projetos, plantas, memorial descritivo e planilhas de orçamento;Assegurar a conformidade com a legislação vigente, incluindo normas de segurança, ambientais e de trânsito, e garantir o cumprimento das exigências da ANTT e demais órgãos reguladores.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Transportes, Engenharia de Infraestrutura ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida na coordenação de projetos de engenharia rodoviária, preferencialmente em concessões de rodovias, infraestrutura de transportes ou construção de grandes obras;Conhecimentos Técnicos: Normas e regulamentações da ANTT, DNIT e ABNT; Gestão de projetos de engenharia;Planejamento e controle de obras; Controle de custos e cronograma; sistemas de gestão de projetos (MS Project, Primavera, etc.);Ferramentas: Conhecimento em software de desenho (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) e sistemas de gestão de projetos (MS Project, Primavera); Excel avançado, entre outros;CNH: Categoria B (desejável);Disponibilidade: Para viagens frequentes e supervisão de obras em campo.
