Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia a dia esperamos que você toque os seguintes processos: Coordenar a execução do portfólio de projetos e demandas da área de Dados e Inteligência Artificial de um cliente do setor público, garantindo planejamento, acompanhamento e integração das iniciativas, gestão da capacidade da equipe e monitoramento de metas e OKRs;Atuar como o principal elo entre a gestão da área, os líderes técnicos, os gerentes de projeto e as equipes executoras, garantindo visibilidade, organização e previsibilidade na execução dos trabalhos;Coordenar o fluxo de entrada, priorização e acompanhamento das demandas da área, apoiando a distribuição das atividades entre os profissionais da equipe;Monitorar a capacidade, alocação e ociosidade dos recursos, identificando gargalos e propondo ações de balanceamento de carga de trabalho;Acompanhar simultaneamente os projetos em andamento, consolidando cronogramas, entregas, riscos e dependências, e apoiando o planejamento de novas iniciativas;Acompanhar a evolução dos OKRs e metas da gerência, consolidando indicadores de desempenho e produzindo relatórios executivos;Manter atualizados cronogramas, planos de trabalho e registros das iniciativas, apoiando a padronização de artefatos e documentação dos projetos;Facilitar a comunicação entre a área de dados e as demais áreas do cliente, apoiando a resolução de impedimentos relacionados ao planejamento e à execução;Ajudar na especificação de soluções de dados e na elaboração de propostas técnicas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que será necessário para o nosso match perfeito:Ensino superior completo em Análise de Sistemas, Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação, Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação ou Sistemas de Informação;Experiência comprovada em coordenação de projetos de tecnologia, PMO/Escritório de Projetos, gestão de portfólio e planejamento/acompanhamento de projetos;Vivência prática em projetos envolvendo Dados, Business Intelligence, Analytics ou Engenharia de Dados;Conhecimento em gestão de projetos (tradicional, híbrida e ágil), gestão de demandas, gestão de capacidade, gestão de riscos e indicadores/KPIs/OKRs;Organização, planejamento, comunicação, negociação, capacidade analítica, visão sistêmica, orientação a resultados e capacidade de articulação entre equipes técnicas e gerenciais;Disponibilidade para modelo de trabalho híbrido pontual, com presença em Brasília para demandas específicas, reuniões ou workshops.Desejável:Pós-graduação em Ciência da Computação, Gestão de TI, Sistemas de Informação, Projetos, Gestão ou Negócios;Experiência efetiva em Governança de Dados, Engenharia de Dados, Data Lake/Data Warehouse/Lakehouse, Business Intelligence ou Inteligência Artificial (é um diferencial, não um obrigatório);Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos e colaboração como Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Planner, Trello, Power BI e Excel avançado.Informações adicionais⌚️ Flexibilidade de horário;🥳 Day Off no dia do aniversário – com direito a surpresa! 🎓 Incentivo a formação e certificações;🎯 Acesso ao Alura;🧑‍🎓 Parceria com FIAP; 🏆 Indicação Premiada;🩺 Plano de Saúde;🦷 Plano Odontológico;🧘‍♀️ Vittude - plataforma de saúde mental;🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub - para sua saúde física;🪙 New Value - cupons de desconto;🏦 SESC;🍛 Vale alimentação e/ou refeição.
