Buscamos um(a) Especialista de Remuneração para assumir um papel estratégico na estruturação da área, em uma empresa que vive um importante momento de transformação e crescimento, passando de uma organização de pequeno para médio porte.A posição terá como principal desafio construir processos, políticas e ferramentas de remuneração, partindo de uma estrutura ainda pouco formalizada. Procuramos um profissional com capacidade analítica, visão de negócio e disposição para atuar de forma prática na implementação das soluções.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o diagnóstico da estrutura atual de cargos, salários e práticas de remuneração.Estruturar a área e os processos de remuneração fixa e variável.Desenvolver e implementar políticas de cargos, salários, promoções, movimentações e mérito.Revisar e padronizar descrições de cargos, responsabilidades e requisitos.Conduzir o processo de avaliação e classificação de cargos.Estruturar tabelas e faixas salariais alinhadas à estratégia da empresa e às práticas de mercado.Avaliar e implementar uma metodologia de remuneração, como Hay, Mercer ou equivalente.Participar de pesquisas salariais e realizar análises de competitividade externa e equidade interna.Elaborar estudos de impacto financeiro relacionados a reajustes, promoções, enquadramentos e alterações na estrutura organizacional.Desenvolver indicadores e relatórios de remuneração para apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança.Estruturar processos de remuneração variável, bônus e programas de incentivo.Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Recursos Humanos, Finanças e lideranças do negócio.Apoiar a evolução da estrutura organizacional durante o processo de crescimento da empresa.Contribuir para a implantação de sistemas, controles e ferramentas de gestão de remuneração.Preparar materiais executivos e apresentar análises e recomendações à liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consistente em remuneração, cargos e salários.Vivência na criação ou reestruturação de processos e políticas de remuneração.Conhecimento de metodologias de avaliação e classificação de cargos, preferencialmente Hay, Mercer ou similares.Experiência com pesquisas salariais, construção de tabelas e análises de mercado.Conhecimento de remuneração fixa e variável.Excel avançado e facilidade para trabalhar com dados, indicadores e simulações financeiras.Capacidade para transformar análises técnicas em recomendações claras para a liderança.
