Se você se identifica com os desafios propostos, quer se juntar a uma jornada repleta de aprendizados e está cheio de energia, essa vaga é para você!!!Aqui nossa cultura reflete como agimos, nossos valores definem quem somos e nossos objetivos o que alcançaremos!Responsabilidades e atribuições: Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e supervisionar as operações de segurança patrimonial, controle de acesso, monitoramento eletrônico (CFTV), prevenção e combate a incêndio do shopping center, garantindo a proteção de clientes, lojistas, colaboradores, prestadores de serviços e do patrimônio;Gerir as equipes próprias e terceirizadas de segurança e brigada de incêndio, acompanhando desempenho, escalas, treinamentos, qualidade dos serviços e cumprimento dos contratos;Gerenciar ocorrências, riscos e situações de emergência, assegurando a execução dos planos de contingência, gerenciamento de crises, prevenção de perdas e atendimento às normas de segurança;Atuar como interface junto aos órgãos públicos e entidades competentes (Polícias, Corpo de Bombeiros, Defesa Civil, entre outros), garantindo o alinhamento das operações de segurança do empreendimento;Monitorar indicadores, elaborar relatórios gerenciais e implementar ações de melhoria contínua, assegurando o cumprimento da Política Corporativa de Segurança e das diretrizes da empresa;Orientar lojistas, fornecedores e equipes operacionais sobre procedimentos de segurança, promovendo a conscientização e a mitigação de riscos; Realizar a gestão operacional da segurança do shopping e estacionamento, garantindo a proteção das áreas sensíveis e a integridade das operações;Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, conforme demandas da operação e diretrizes da empresa. Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão de Segurança, Gestão de Riscos ou áreas correlatas. Serão considerados profissionais oriundos de carreira militar com formação equivalente; Desejável pós-graduação em Segurança Empresarial, Gestão de Riscos, Gestão de Crises, Administração ou áreas afins;Conhecimento técnico na área de segurança patrimonial e/ou prevenção de riscos;Desejável: experiência anterior em operações de segurança em shopping center ou ambientes de grande circulação.Informações adicionais🍽️ Vale-Refeição;🚌 Vale-Transporte;🏥 Assistência Médica;🦷 Assistência Odontológica;🛡️ Seguro de Vida;💰 PLR (Participação nos Lucros e Resultados);
