Atuar na coordenação e otimização dos processos operacionais e logísticos da empresa, garantindo eficiência, qualidade, segurança e cumprimento das metas de produção, por meio da liderança de equipes, gestão de indicadores, melhoria contínua dos processos e alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e liderar as equipes operacionais, assegurando o cumprimento das metas de produção de forma eficiente e segura.Desenvolver, implementar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), monitorando eficiência, produtividade, qualidade e nível de serviço.Analisar processos produtivos e operacionais, identificando gargalos, desperdícios e oportunidades de melhoria contínua.Propor e implementar soluções que visem o aumento da produtividade, a redução de custos e a melhoria da qualidade dos serviços.Gerenciar o cronograma de atividades, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos e a correta alocação de recursos humanos, materiais e operacionais.Atuar de forma integrada com outras áreas da empresa, como infraestrutura, peças, logística e áreas administrativas, assegurando alinhamento e fluidez dos processos.Conduzir reuniões periódicas com as equipes, promovendo comunicação clara, acompanhamento de resultados e resolução de problemas.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança e saúde ocupacional, orientando as equipes quanto às práticas seguras e ao uso correto de equipamentos.Planejar e realizar treinamentos e capacitações, visando o desenvolvimento profissional e a melhoria contínua das competências técnicas da equipe.Buscar inovações tecnológicas e melhorias na gestão de serviços, alinhadas aos objetivos estratégicos da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em coordenação de equipes e gerenciamento de projetos. Vivência em ambientes produtivos, operacionais ou de serviços. Experiência em planejamento, controle de processos e gestão de indicadores.Conhecimento aprofundado de processos produtivos e operacionais. Análise de eficiência, produtividade e melhoria contínua. Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP). Conhecimentos em logística e cadeia de suprimentos. Familiaridade com métodos ágeis de gestão (Scrum, Kanban) – diferencial. Conhecimento em softwares de gestão e sistemas ERP. Domínio de indicadores de desempenho e análise de dados para tomada de decisão. Pacote Office.
