•  O Coordenador de Serviços e Operações é responsável por planejar, executar e monitorar a prestação de serviços e as rotinas operacionais da empresa. Seu objetivo principal é garantir o cumprimento de metas, otimizar recursos, manter altos padrões de qualidade e liderar as equipes de campo/atendimento para uma entrega eficiente.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Acompanhar a qualidade da limpeza, inspeção de apartamentos, serviços de manutenção e operação do restaurante e atuar na inspeção de QAR. •

Acompanhar e implementar a matriz de produtos, serviços e a matriz do café da manhã e coordenar a interação entre os departamentos operacionais do empreendimento.  • Realizar plantões operacionais e gerenciar contratos de terceiros e seguir e cobrar dos colaboradores o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança do empreendimento. • Atuar no desenvolvimento do plano operacional e financeiro de hospedagem alinhado aos objetivos do empreendimento. Controlar o orçamento, administrando receitas e despesas previstas para maximizar os lucros do Departamento de Hospedagem.  •

Acompanhar e responder aos comentários dos hóspedes e manter os padrões de atendimento ao hóspede garantindo 100% de satisfação. •

Coordenar o Programa de Hóspede Habitué, mapear suas preferências e elaborar a relação de hóspedes VIPs.  •

Atuar conjuntamente com os supervisores de governança e manutenção. Participar dos processos de admissão e demissão de empregados e elaborar escalas de revezamento e de férias, além de realizar a gestão do ponto.
