Estamos em busca de um  Coordenador(a) de Sistemas para liderar a evolução tecnológica e o desenvolvimento de projetos estratégicos para as áreas de Controladoria, Contabilidade.Se você deseja fazer parte de uma organização líder em seu mercado, com forte cultura de resultados, desenvolvimento de pessoas e excelência operacional, essa pode ser a oportunidade ideal para o próximo passo da sua carreira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar projetos de sistemas voltados para Controladoria, Contabilidade e Relações com Investidores; Atuar como principal interface entre TI, áreas de negócio, fornecedores e parceiros tecnológicos; Levantar e analisar necessidades de negócio, traduzindo requisitos funcionais em soluções sistêmicas; Conduzir projetos desde a concepção, definição de escopo e planejamento até implantação e estabilização; Coordenar equipes internas e fornecedores envolvidos nos projetos; Gerenciar cronograma, orçamento, riscos, dependências e indicadores dos projetos;Garantir a integração entre sistemas corporativos e soluções utilizadas pelas áreas financeiras; Participar da definição de arquitetura funcional e integração entre sistemas;  Identificar oportunidades de automação, simplificação e melhoria de processos; Apoiar a evolução dos processos de fechamento contábil, consolidação, planejamento, orçamento, reporting gerencial e informações para investidores; Garantir qualidade, consistência, rastreabilidade e disponibilidade das informações utilizadas nos processos de gestão; Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas a governança, compliance e controles internos; Avaliar novas tecnologias e soluções que possam gerar ganhos de eficiência e qualidade para as áreas atendidas; Acompanhar fornecedores e garantir a qualidade das entregas contratadas; Atuar na gestão de incidentes e problemas críticos relacionados aos sistemas sob sua responsabilidade; Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho dos sistemas e projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em gestão de sistemas e projetos de tecnologia atuando com áreas de Controladoria e/ou Contabilidade; Vivência na condução de projetos envolvendo sistemas corporativos; Experiência em levantamento de requisitos, análise de processos e desenho de soluções; Conhecimento de processos financeiros e contábeis; Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos; Experiência em gestão de fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares; Será um diferencial experiência com SAP e Oracle EPM.
