Candidate-se hoje mesmo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar a equipe de Suprimentos/Compras, acompanhando atividades, prazos e resultados;Coordenar processos de aquisição e contratação de materiais, equipamentos e serviços;Acompanhar indicadores, SLAs, KPIs e dashboards da área;Atuar em parceria com as obras, fornecedores e áreas internas, garantindo o atendimento das demandas;Identificar gargalos, oportunidades de melhoria e redução de retrabalho;Apoiar os processos de mobilização e desmobilização de obras;Atuar na melhoria, padronização e governança dos processos de Suprimentos;Desenvolver a equipe e estimular uma atuação mais proativa e próxima das obras;Buscar oportunidades de desenvolvimento de fornecedores e novos mercados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em Suprimentos/Compras, preferencialmente em construção civil, infraestrutura ou saneamento;Experiência com gestão de equipes e acompanhamento de processos de compras;Conhecimento em negociação, contratação e gestão de fornecedores;Conhecimento em planejamento e controle de processos, indicadores, SLAs e KPIs;Experiência com Power BI, para acompanhamento de indicadores e dashboards;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e ferramentas de gestão de processos/projetos;Conhecimento em MS Project e/ou Primavera será considerado diferencial;Informações adicionaisFaz parte dos nossos benefícios:Vale-refeição Swile, que te permite usar em restaurantes e supermercados.Assistência médica Bradesco Saúde.Assistência odontológica Metlife.Seguro de vida.Vale-transporte.Mantendo o compromisso com o Nosso Jeito de Ser e o bem-estar de todos os profissionais da Passarelli, também temos como benefícios:Totalpass (acesso a academias, psicólogos e nutrição).Ginástica Laboral.Cesta Natalidade.Parcerias com instituições educacionais.Jornada de desenvolvimento por meio do Talent Academy.Palestras mensais exclusivas ao time, sobre temas variados de autocuidado.Acolhimento terapêutico.
