Assegurar visibilidade contínua da evolução das iniciativas para a gerência e áreas demandantes, promovendo a execução eficiente dos projetos e garantindo que as soluções de tecnologia apoiem os objetivos operacionais e estratégicos do terminal.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o portfólio de projetos e iniciativas de tecnologia, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos do negócio. Planejar, acompanhar e controlar a execução dos projetos, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos, custos, escopo e qualidade. Atuar na definição e evolução de metodologias, processos e governança de projetos da área de TI. Promover a integração e o alinhamento entre as áreas demandantes, equipe de tecnologia e fornecedores. Consolidar e reportar indicadores, riscos, resultados e status dos projetos para a gerência e diretoria. Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, assegurando a adequada distribuição de demandas e o alcance dos resultados esperados. Gerenciar contratos e fornecedores de tecnologia, acompanhando desempenho, entregas e níveis de serviço. Apoiar o planejamento e controle orçamentário da área de TI, contribuindo para a otimização dos recursos. Garantir a conformidade dos projetos e soluções com os requisitos de segurança da informação, LGPD e demais normas aplicáveis.
