Sediada em Fortaleza/CE, a organização atua no desenvolvimento de projetos industriais e manutenção de equipamentos de grande porte, com operações que exigem alto padrão técnico, confiabilidade e excelência.Para a posição, busca-se um(a) profissional com formação desejável em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas, com experiência sólida em coordenação de TI, infraestrutura tecnológica, redes, servidores, segurança da informação e gestão de equipes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar a infraestrutura e os serviços de TI, assegurando disponibilidade, estabilidade, segurança e continuidade das operações.Gerir ambientes de redes, servidores, telecomunicações, sistemas, serviços em nuvem e demais recursos tecnológicos.Implementar e acompanhar rotinas de segurança da informação, backups, recuperação de dados, controle de acessos e contingência.Coordenar a equipe de TI e prestadores de serviços, distribuindo atividades, acompanhando entregas e orientando tecnicamente o time.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da área, incidentes, capacidade, disponibilidade e qualidade dos serviços, propondo ações de melhoria.Manter atualizados inventários, documentações técnicas, diagramas de rede, licenças, configurações e procedimentos operacionais.Acompanhar contratos, fornecedores e aquisições de equipamentos, softwares, licenças e serviços de TI.Identificar necessidades de modernização e evolução tecnológica, propondo soluções que aumentem a eficiência, segurança e confiabilidade das operações.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Engenharia, Operações e áreas corporativas, garantindo suporte adequado às necessidades do negócio.Assegurar o cumprimento das políticas internas, boas práticas, requisitos legais e padrões de governança e segurança da informação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável ensino superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas e Pós-graduação na área.Conhecimento em administração de ambientes Linux, incluindo Debian e Ubuntu.Experiência com virtualização, gestão de servidores, alta disponibilidade, armazenamento, backup e recuperação de dados, preferencialmente com Proxmox VE.Conhecimento em redes e conectividade, incluindo MikroTik RouterOS, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, roteamento, controle de banda e diagnóstico de falhas.Conhecimento em infraestrutura física e segurança de redes, incluindo cabeamento estruturado, fibra óptica, firewalls e segmentação de ambientes.Conhecimento em monitoramento e automação de ambientes de TI, com utilização de ferramentas de monitoramento e scripts em Bash e/ou Python.Experiência com segurança da informação, controle de acessos, contingência e continuidade dos serviços de TI.Inglês intermediário para leitura técnica.Informações adicionais• Contratação no modelo Pessoa Jurídica (PJ), com remuneração de R$ 12.141,86 (12 notas anuais).
