O que você vai encontrar na Bauducco é gente que gosta do que faz e inquieta para trilhar uma carreira de sucesso, crescendo junto com a empresa.Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de TI para Supply Chain, você será responsável por liderar a integração e otimização de tecnologias de informação que suportam as operações de compras, logísticas e de cadeia de suprimentos. Se essa vaga é a sua cara, você também é apaixonado pelo que faz, venha conhecer o desafio que a Bauducco está te oferecendo!Responsabilidades e atribuições🍪 Coordenar projetos e apoiar o alinhamento do roadmap de negócios com tecnologia, garantindo que as soluções de Logística e Supply Chain atendam aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa. 🍪 Gerenciar e otimizar sistemas de TI específicos para Logística e Supply Chain, como SAP LES, SAP MM, SAP MRP, sistemas de Planejamento de Demanda, MPS e DRP, assegurando integração perfeita entre plataformas. 🍪 

Gerenciar o portfólio de aplicações SAP e tecnologias focadas na cadeia de valor e processos de planejamento de demanda, planejamento de produção e otimização de inventário, assegurando performance, confiabilidade e estabilidade. 🍪 

Liderar e participar de projetos e iniciativas digitais com foco em aplicações e soluções dos processos de Logística e Supply Chain e interfaces com processos comerciais e industriais. 🍪 

Fornecer suporte técnico e treinamento à equipe de operações, garantindo que as ferramentas de TI atendam às necessidades diárias da Logística e Supply Chain.🍪 Monitorar indicadores de performance (KPIs) relacionados à TI, Logística e Supply Chain, gerando relatórios para tomada de decisões estratégicas.🍪 Gerenciar orçamento e contrato de projetos e iniciativas e sistemas, garantindo a otimização de custos e alinhamento estratégico.🍪 Apoiar o negócio na definição dos requerimentos das soluções.🍪 Monitorar tendências de tecnológicas em Logística e Supply Chain e TI, trazendo insights e inovadores para fortalecer a estratégia digital.

Requisitos e qualificações 🍪

Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas. 🍪 Conhecimentos sólidos em sistemas de S&OP, S&OE, MPS, MRP, DRP, Transportes, Armazenagem e demais ferramentas relacionadas a Logística e Supply Chain.🍪Conhecimento profundo dos processos de Logística e Supply Chain Integrado, incluindo planejamento estratégico e operacional, previsão de demanda, programação e sequenciamento de produção, otimização de inventário e suprimentos.Qualificações Desejáveis (Diferenciais)🍪Certificações em gestão de projetos (PMP, Scrum Master).🍪  Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) para desenvolvimento de soluções tecnológicas.🍪Conhecimento avançado em Business Intelligence (BI) e análise preditiva para otimização de Logística e Supply Chain.🍪  Conhecimento sobre integrações de sistemas e middlewares SAP & não-SAP;🍪Conhecimento de Plataformas Cloud, Devops e Big Data;Informações adicionais🍪🍪🍪Além do salário, você terá como benefícios:🎉 Vale transporte, Estacionamento ou Fretado saindo de duas estações de metrô;🍽️ Refeição no local;🛒 Vale Alimentação;🏥 Assistência Médica e Odontológica;💵 Previdência Privada;💵PPR;☂️ Seguro de Vida;💊 Convênio Farmácia;💸 Descontos nos Produtos da Bauducco;🏋 Welhub;🚀 Venha fazer parte da nossa equipe e aproveite todos esses benefícios! 💛💛💛
