Estamos vivendo um importante momento de transformação na área de Educação Corporativa, evoluindo de um modelo operacional de treinamento para uma atuação cada vez mais estratégica no desenvolvimento de pessoas e no suporte aos resultados do negócio.Nesse contexto, estamos estruturando um portfólio de Escolas Temáticas, cada uma dedicada a um eixo de formação estratégico para a organização.Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de Escola de Aprendizagem para atuar como referência na gestão de um desses eixos, conectando as necessidades do negócio às melhores soluções de aprendizagem — presenciais, digitais ou híbridas.Essa pessoa será responsável por desenhar, gerir, executar e evoluir continuamente o portfólio educacional da Escola, atuando de forma estratégica junto às áreas de negócio, fornecedores e parceiros de aprendizagem.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear continuamente as necessidades de desenvolvimento das áreas parceiras, identificando gaps de performance e prioridades.Definir e gerir o portfólio anual de soluções de aprendizagem, alinhado às necessidades do negócio e à estratégia de Educação Corporativa.Estabelecer premissas pedagógicas, metodológicas e de experiência do aprendiz para as soluções desenvolvidas.Priorizar iniciativas considerando impacto, viabilidade, orçamento e capacidade dos fornecedores.Elaborar briefings estruturados para consultorias e fornecedores, contemplando público-alvo, objetivos de aprendizagem, escopo, formato, carga horária e critérios de qualidade.Definir especificações técnicas e pedagógicas para soluções presenciais, digitais e híbridas.Conduzir alinhamentos com fornecedores e parceiros, garantindo aderência às necessidades do negócio e ao perfil dos colaboradores.Revisar e aprovar propostas, protótipos, pilotos e entregas antes da aplicação ou publicação.Definir e acompanhar KPIs de aprendizagem, como engajamento, conclusão, NPS, aplicação dos conhecimentos no trabalho e impacto no negócio.Consolidar e analisar dados provenientes de fornecedores e plataformas de aprendizagem.Utilizar dados para apoiar decisões relacionadas ao portfólio.Apresentar resultados, indicadores e aprendizados para lideranças e áreas parceiras, conectando aprendizagem aos resultados do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino superior completo em Administração, Pedagogia, Psicologia, Comunicação, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou especialização em Learning & Development, Gestão de Pessoas, Design Instrucional ou áreas relacionadas será considerado um diferencial.ExperiênciaExperiência em aprendizagem corporativa, universidade corporativa, Treinamento & Desenvolvimento ou RH estratégico.Experiência com gestão de fornecedores e contratos de serviços educacionais ou consultorias.Vivência na elaboração de briefings pedagógicos e especificações técnicas para parceiros externos.Experiência na gestão de portfólio de soluções de aprendizagem presenciais, digitais e/ou híbridas.
