Vem ser Cimed! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e supervisionar as operações de recebimento, armazenagem, movimentação e expedição de produtos farmacêuticos no Centro de Distribuição, garantindo eficiência e conformidade regulatória.Assegurar o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Armazenamento e Distribuição, bem como das normas e regulamentações aplicáveis aos processos logísticos farmacêuticos.Garantir a manutenção e atualização da documentação técnica e regulatória junto aos órgãos competentes.Liderar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho seguro, colaborativo e alinhado à cultura da empresa.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) operacionais e logísticos, elaborando planos de ação para melhoria contínua dos processos.Gerenciar o orçamento da área, acompanhando despesas operacionais (OPEX) e investimentos (CAPEX), com foco em eficiência e otimização de recursos.Atuar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, redução de custos e aumento de produtividade, garantindo a excelência operacional.Assegurar a adequada conservação da infraestrutura, equipamentos e instalações do Centro de Distribuição.Promover a integração entre as áreas de Operações, Qualidade, Suprimentos e Finanças, garantindo alinhamento das estratégias e metas do negócio.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, análises operacionais e apresentações executivas para suporte à tomada de decisão.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente, contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho seguro e sustentável.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e QualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Farmácia, com registro ativo no CRF.Experiência em operações logísticas, armazenagem, distribuição ou cadeia de suprimentos no segmento farmacêutico.Conhecimento das normas da Anvisa, RDCs e regulamentações aplicáveis ao armazenamento e distribuição de medicamentos.Vivência com gestão de equipes, acompanhamento de indicadores e implementação de melhorias operacionais.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão logística e controle de estoque (WMS/ERP).Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.Habilidade para análise de indicadores, gestão orçamentária e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.Capacidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e atuação integrada com diferentes áreas do negócio.Será um diferencialPós-graduação em Logística Farmacêutica, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Centros de Distribuição de medicamentos e produtos farmacêuticos.Conhecimento em gestão de projetos, melhoria contínua e indicadores de performance logística.Vivência em ambientes com forte atuação regulatória e fiscalização sanitáriaInformações adicionaisNo processo pode ser aplicado teste técnico de acordo com a necessidade da área.Local: CD GoiasHorário: 08:00 ás 17:48hModalidade de Trabalho: 100% Presencial
