Empresa de grande porte.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar a acuracidade total das receitas, o alinhamento com as adquirentes e a blindagem contra perdas operacionais, garantindo dados confiáveis para o fechamento financeiro do grupo.Principais Responsabilidades e AtribuiçõesLiderança de Equipe e Gestão de RecebíveisCoordenar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de Contas a Receber, distribuindo demandas e assegurando a produtividade do setor.Garantir a precisão e a pontualidade nos processos diários de recebimento e fechamento financeiro.Conciliação de Receitas e Meios de PagamentoAssegurar a conciliação diária entre as vendas registradas nos PDVs e os efetivos créditos bancários.Controlar o processamento de vendas por cartões, PIX, carteiras digitais e vouchers (alimentação e refeição).Auditar taxas cobradas, prazos de repasse, estornos, cancelamentos e tratar divergências de chargebacks.Manter interface com adquirentes, operadoras de benefícios e instituições bancárias.Gestão de Numerário, Caixas e TesourariaSupervisão do fluxo de dinheiro físico, desde o fechamento de caixa nas unidades até a auditoria de cofres (físicos ou inteligentes).Controlar fundos de troco e gerenciar o contrato e a rotina com as empresas de transporte de valores.Mapear, investigar e mitigar quebras de caixa, sangrias não identificadas e discrepâncias de receita.Compliance, Processos e Integração com ERPGarantir que todos os recebimentos estejam devidamente lançados e classificados no ERP, fornecendo informações auditáveis para a DRE e fluxo de caixa.Criar, atualizar e disseminar os Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) da área, orientando as equipes operacionais sobre as regras de fechamento de caixa.Apoiar as equipes de TI e Operações na parametrização financeira de novas unidades e novos meios de pagamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional com o seguinte perfil e qualificações:Conhecimentos Técnicos e FerramentasDomínio em conciliação financeira de alto volume no varejo ou foodservice.Conhecimento prático em gestão de adquirentes (Cielo, Stone, Rede, etc.) e vouchers (VR, Ticket, Sodexo, etc.).Experiência em controle de tesouraria de unidades/lojas e gestão de transporte de valores.Domínio de ferramentas de conciliação de cartões (Equals, Conciliadora ou similares).Domínio dos módulos financeiros de ERPs de mercado (TOTVS, Linx ou correlatos) e Excel Avançado.Formação e ExperiênciaFormação Superior Completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou Economia.Experiência consistente em coordenação ou supervisão de contas a receber e tesouraria em redes de varejo, franquias ou operações de grande fluxo.Pós-graduação em Gestão Financeira, Controladoria ou Auditoria será um diferencial.Competências ComportamentaisRaciocínio analítico e forte capacidade de resolução rápida de problemas.Organização, proatividade e comunicação clara.Ética no manuseio de dados e informações financeiras confidenciais.Informações adicionaisLocal de Atuação: São PauloSalário: a combinarBenefícios: Vale refeição. vale alimentação, plano de saúde ,plano odontológico, parceria com o SESC, seguro de vida, vale transporteEscala: Segunda-feira a sexta-feiraTurnos disponíveis:Das 08h ás 17h ou das 09h as 18h.
