O Grupo Mendes, empresa familiar que há décadas atua com protagonismo na Baixada Santista, liderando grandes empreendimentos nas áreas de Malls, Incorporações e Energia, está em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Financeiro para integrar seu time.Local de trabalho: Santos-SP | 100% Presencial | Contratação PJO(a) profissional será responsável por coordenar as rotinas financeiras, incluindo conciliações bancárias, contas a pagar e a receber, cobrança e inadimplência, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações e o cumprimento dos processos financeiros. Atuará também na gestão e desenvolvimento da equipe, acompanhamento de indicadores, análise de resultados e implementação de melhorias que contribuam para a eficiência e sustentabilidade financeira da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as rotinas financeiras, incluindo conciliação bancária, contas a pagar, contas a receber, cobrança e inadimplência;Estruturar e acompanhar políticas de crédito, negociação e régua de cobrança;Supervisionar o fechamento financeiro, analisar o fluxo de caixa e apresentar resultados à alta gestão;Padronizar processos financeiros, promovendo automação, eficiência operacional e redução de erros;Identificar, controlar e mitigar riscos financeiros que possam impactar os resultados da empresa;Garantir a integridade das informações e o cumprimento dos processos relacionados à movimentação de caixa;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e implementar ações para alcançar as metas estabelecidas;Assegurar a entrega de resultados com qualidade e dentro dos prazos definidos;Disseminar a cultura organizacional, atuando em alinhamento com a Missão, Visão e Valores da empresa;Desenvolver, orientar e engajar a equipe, promovendo o crescimento profissional e a alta performance;Executar atividades correlatas à área, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos estratégicos da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área financeira;Experiência mínima de 1 ano em liderança de equipes;Conhecimento em fluxo de caixa e Necessidade de Capital de Giro (NCG);Conhecimento em gestão e mitigação de riscos financeiros;Sólido conhecimento de processos financeiros corporativos;Perfil analítico para avaliação de relatórios e indicadores financeiros;Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão financeira e melhoria de processos.Diferenciais:Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou Gestão Empresarial;Certificação CPA-10, CEA, CFA ou similares;Conhecimento em sistemas TOTVS e integrações bancárias.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Vale refeição;13° nota fiscal;Férias;Estacionamento gratuitoSeguro de vida;Totalpass;Bônus anual por resultado.
