O Grupo Mendes, empresa familiar que há décadas atua com protagonismo na Baixada Santista, liderando grandes empreendimentos nas áreas de Malls, Incorporações e Energia, está em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Fiscal.Local de trabalho: Santos-SP | 100% presencial | Contratação PJO(a) profissional será responsável por coordenar as rotinas fiscais da companhia, atuando no acompanhamento das obrigações tributárias, apuração de impostos, processos relacionados às incorporações imobiliárias e atendimento a fiscalizações. Também será responsável pela gestão e distribuição das atividades da equipe, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, a qualidade das entregas e a conformidade dos processos fiscais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pelo processo de acompanhamento e regularização de obras de construção/demolição e reforma, perante os órgãos municipais e Federais;Atuar com processos de requisição e acompanhamento do RET (Regime Especial de Tributação – Incorporações Imobiliárias);Direcionar e acompanhar os procedimentos de fiscalização, bem como o levantamento de documentação necessária e entrega para a finalização;Atuar com a criação e acompanhamento de processos, que possam minimizar tempo de execução e melhorar o tempo de análise;Procedimento de apuração de impostos diretos (Pis, Cofins e ISS) e indiretos (IR e CSSL) mensal, mediante a rotina de fechamento contábil;Responsável pela geração e entrega da ECF Anual (Aproximadamente 70 CNPJs e 15 filiais);Responsável pelo monitoramento e cruzamento das entregas da área, a fim de mitigar falhas e inconsistências sistêmicas e de processo;Atendimento aos clientes internos, para esclarecimento de dúvidas;Realização e acompanhamento de conciliação de impostos a recolher;Direcionamento e distribuição das rotinas para a equipe de 4 analistas (entrega de obrigações, emissões de guias, conciliações e Recebimento fiscal de NF´s);Acompanhamento das novidades de legislação e regulatórias, com o objetivo de implementação e adequação dos processos e rotinas;Atendimento a fiscalizações e auditoria externa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Ciências Contábeis ou Administração;Pós-graduação em Direito Tributário, Controladoria ou Gestão Fiscal (desejável);Certificações relacionadas à área fiscal, como CRC ou cursos de especialização em tributação;Atuação com fiscalizações e auditorias internas e externas (diferencial);Experiência de 5 anos em apuração de impostos diretos e indiretos; 2 anos em cargos de liderança.Informações adicionaisVale refeição;Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida;13° nota fiscal;Férias;Totalpass;Bônus anual por resultado.
