Responsabilidades e atribuições Planejar, elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas físico-financeiros e planos de execução das obras;Controlar custos, medições, aditivos e desvios orçamentários, propondo ações corretivas quando necessário;Planejar e acompanhar os recursos necessários para as obras, incluindo mão de obra, equipamentos, materiais e empresas terceirizadas;Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento e elaborar relatórios gerenciais;Garantir a organização e atualização da documentação técnica das obras, incluindo ARTs, diários de obra e registros de qualidade;Liderar as equipes de obra, distribuindo atividades, acompanhando resultados e desenvolvendo os profissionais;Desenvolver encarregados e técnicos, contribuindo para a formação de sucessores e fortalecimento das equipes;Realizar feedbacks, avaliações de desempenho e conduzir situações de conflito de forma clara e respeitosa;Promover um ambiente de confiança e colaboração, especialmente em equipes que atuam em campo e sob pressão de prazos;Gerenciar empresas terceirizadas e prestadores de serviços, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões estabelecidos pela empresa;Atuar como principal ponto de contato operacional com os clientes;Negociar escopos, prazos, janelas operacionais e aditivos, buscando preservar os resultados do projeto e o relacionamento com o cliente;Antecipar riscos e possíveis problemas, apresentando soluções de forma proativa aos clientes;Representar a empresa em reuniões técnicas, vistorias e apresentações de resultados;Identificar oportunidades de novos serviços em conjunto com a área Comercial;Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho aplicáveis às atividades, especialmente em ambiente portuário;Promover e fortalecer a cultura de segurança, atuando de forma preventiva e interrompendo atividades que apresentem condições inseguras;Assegurar o cumprimento das regras de acesso e operação dos terminais e dos requisitos ambientais aplicáveis;Acompanhar o tratamento de não conformidades e disseminar as lições aprendidas entre as obras.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Civil ou Engenharia Mecânica;CREA ativo;Experiência em gestão e execução de obras de manutenção, infraestrutura ou industriais;Vivência em portos, terminais, estruturas marítimas ou ambiente offshore;Experiência na liderança de equipes operacionais de campo, incluindo equipes multidisciplinares e empresas terceirizadas;Experiência com planejamento e acompanhamento de cronogramas, orçamentos, medições e controle de custos;Conhecimento das principais normas de Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho (SST) aplicáveis às atividades;Conhecimento prático da NR-29, ISPS Code e requisitos relacionados ao licenciamento ambiental portuário;Conhecimento em MS Project ou Primavera, Excel avançado e leitura e interpretação de projetos;CNH categoria B;Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes;Inglês em nível intermediário, para interação com clientes e fornecedores internacionais.DiferenciaisPós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Gestão de Obras ou Engenharia Portuária;Certificação PMP;Formação ou certificação em Lean Construction;Conhecimento em AutoCAD, Power BI e ERP voltado à gestão de obras.
