Coordenar as atividades relacionadas à gestão e desenvolvimento de negócios no âmbito jurídico, assegurando o alinhamento entre as demandas operacionais, as estratégias comerciais e as metas organizacionais, atuando na captação, retenção e fidelização de clientes, bem como no gerenciamento de contratos, análise de indicadores e na melhoria contínua de processos, assim como garantir que os serviços jurídicos ofertados atendam aos padrões de qualidade e às expectativas dos clientes, promovendo a expansão de negócios e a sustentabilidade financeira do escritório.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o relacionamento com clientes estratégicos, procurando assegurar a qualidade do atendimento, compreender as necessidades jurídicas e propor soluções personalizadas que agreguem valor aos negócios do cliente;Acompanhar e orientar a elaboração e negociação de contratos,, assegurando que os termos estejam alinhados às diretrizes do escritório e às regulamentações aplicáveis, promovendo acordos vantajosos para ambas as partes;Coordenar e orientar a prospecção de novos negócios, mediante identificação de novas oportunidades de mercado, desenvolvendo estratégias de captação de clientes e promovendo a expansão da base de contratos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Direito, Administração de Empresas, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas, sendo desejável Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Negócios, Direito Empresarial ou áreas afins;Mínimo de 06 meses de experiência consolidada em gestão de negócios no segmento jurídico ou em áreas correlatas, com vivência na liderança de equipes e no gerenciamento de contratos e clientes, domínio de estratégias de gestão de negócios e relacionamento com clientes, conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e precificação, familiaridade com sistemas de gestão comercial e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);Domínio de rotinas e processos jurídicos, análise e gestão de carteiras de processos, elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho. Capacidade para orientar equipes, assegurar conformidade legal e eficiência operacional, além de atuar estrategicamente na tomada de decisões e no relacionamento com clientes e parceiros institucionais.
