Praticas e métodos de saving baseados em expertise técnica, eficiência e transparência.Criamos e potencializamos experiências para marcas e seus stakeholders por meio de programas de incentivo e fidelização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no planejamento, coordenação e supervisão das operações logísticas, garantindo eficiência, qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Gerenciar equipes de transporte, armazenagem e distribuição, promovendo integração entre áreas e melhoria contínua dos processos;Planejar e controlar o fluxo de materiais, estoque, pedidos e entregas, assegurando a acuracidade das informações e a disponibilidade de produtos;Coordenar negociações com fornecedores, transportadoras e parceiros logísticos, garantindo a melhor relação custo-benefício;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho logístico (KPIs) e propor soluções para otimização de processos, redução de custos e melhoria de resultados;Atuar como interface entre áreas internas (compras, produção, vendas, fiscal) e externos, garantindo alinhamento das operações e atendimento às necessidades do negócio;Contribuir para a padronização de processos, implantação de melhores práticas e implementação de tecnologias aplicáveis à área logística.Requisitos e qualificaçõesESPECIFICAÇÕES DAS QUALIDADES NECESSÁRIASEscolaridade: Curso superior em Administração, Logística, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.  CURSOS, CONHECIMENTOS TÉCNICOS E HABILIDADES DESEJÁVEISOrganização, Planejamento, Liderança, Comunicação clara, Proatividade, Raciocínio analítico, Trabalho em equipe, Cumprimento de prazos, Foco em resultados, Cooperação, Disponibilidade;Conhecimentos técnicos: Pacote Office, Excel avançado, sistemas ERP, gestão de estoques, transporte e distribuição, planejamento logístico, triangulação fiscal e indicadores de desempenho;Idiomas: Inglês e/ou Espanhol (desejável).
